Compatible with Weber Q propane grills/ Weber travel portable propane grill/Weber go-anywhere propane grill, such as baby Q, Q100, Q120,Q200, Q220, Q1000, Q1200, Q2000, Q2200, Q3200 (propane). Not for Summit/Spirit/Genesis Grill or Weber griddles.

Is the hose adapter compatible with my heater?

Compatible with Mr. Heater MH9B Portable Buddy and MH18B Big Buddy. And fit for tabletop patio heaters that could directly connect 1lb propane tank.

Is the hose adapter compatible with Coleman camp stoves/grills?

Fit for most Coleman camp stoves/grills with a CGA600 connection which could connect 1lb propane tanks directly. But a stove/grill regulator connecting 1lb tanks is necessary. Usually the regulator comes with appliances. Not for butane stoves.
