Can you use metal utensils in this?

Only had mine a short while. But my other pans have lost that nice clean look. So you can but over use will end up marking the pan

How many litres does the large 30cm oval pot hold? And what are the exact dimensions? thank you!

I was able to fill the pot up with a 5l bottle so I guess the description of 5.1litres is correct. As you would expect being cast iron, the pot is heavy but I love it and I’m considering getting another.
