Great for buttercream
Worked beautifully in my buttercream. 0 grainy feeling and no weird taste. I didn’t find it clumpy at all but I sifted it any way.

Fresh and perfect blend of salt and flavor.
I treat myself to macadamia nuts and usually they are an impulse buy when I can find them in the grocery store or drug store. I am not sure what made me try these online, but I am so glad I did. These are fresh and delicious, and I immediately put them on Subscribe and Save. My husband saw me eating them and gave me a puppy-eyed look wanting me to share. “Boy, these are really good!” He said. So the package now only last a few days in the house. I am going to have to double my order. They are the best macadamia nuts I’ve ever had.

So thankful for a corn free option!
I bought this to make Christmas desserts for my son-in-law who is allergic to corn. This powdered sugar doesn’t have cornstarch. Tastes the same!

Excellent alternative to the cheap powdered sugar
This tastes so much better than the cheap stuff at the store. I bought this because i have a corn allergy and it worked well. I made cookies and icing using this and they turned out great! Not sure i can afford to keep buying this since it’s SO expensive. But it was worth a try and I’m glad i did!

It's so nice to find corn-free powdered sugar. We have a family member who can't have corn, and it's always so difficult to find things she can eat. Now I can bake her all sorts of confections without it hurting her tummy. hooray!

Quality Taste
Used this the make a butter cream/strawberry puree frosting. This confectionery sugar is not sweet like you would find with regular store bought brands. Highly recommend it..
