Gels up in the refrigerator, just like homemade. Nice to be able to store it in the freezer, and I feel it's a good substitute for homemade in a pinch, unlike most "bone broths" on the market which are more akin to just regular ol' chicken broth. Catch it on sale and I feel it's a good value for the money. Quick, easy protein and collagen, a decent quantity for both drinking and cooking with, and lovely-tasting.
