I don’t like the idea of taking 4 a day but I do split it 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. It does have that fishy smell but I’m beginning to tolerate it . So far so good

So far so good. Totally worth taking the 4 a day since it has all the key nutrients such as choline, iron, folic acid and the methylated version (so you are getting both!!!) and DHA. I just take two in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. People are saying they are big and hard to swallow but I think they are honestly fine.

I read the shape was hard to swallow....it's true. I choke almost every time and the smell is awful BUT I know I'm giving my body and the baby amazing things when taking it. Also it helps taking it twice a day bc I get restless legs and it really helps.

I’ve heard great things on the quality of these pills, but they’re hard to get down. It’s like they get stuck in my throat and I usually don’t have issues swallowing pills.

These have a great nutritional profile. The good things stop there. The size and shape of the pill is difficult to swallow. And since you need to take FOUR pills a day, it is quite the feat getting these babies down day after day. The first few bottles I got were fine. No weird smell. The past five bottles have all been replaced because a few of the pills come burst, which since they contain algae oil, makes the entire bottle smell and TASTE like a rancid pile of fish. It is summer time now and I am guessing that the heat is causing issues with shipping these. Since I cannot depend on these vitamins to come not burst open, I have switched brands permanently to the honest company prenatal and honest company DHA. Can't speak to those yet but I have high hopes.

I’ve used this for both of my pregnancies and still taking now 9 months post partum. It’s a high quality prenatal that includes a good amount of choline plus all the expected must haves. Choline is important in pregnancy and it’s not in most prenatals. Eating egg yolks and liver are other ways to obtain choline but to have that also in the supplement ensures your getting this additional nutrient through your entire pregnancy. Never made me feel sick and I took this vitamin on an empty stomach and with food. It’s a higher priced pre natal but worth it. Both my babies are healthy, and were 21inches 8lbs+.
