To get this to work you have to stuff the diaper down with your hands advancing the roll manually, and then using the plastic knob to seal the diaper. We just threw this POS away in the dumpster and gone back to the free Walmart bag disposal system. This product tries too hard to be an "exclusive" and you can't find the refills anywhere buy Babies R Us which is 45 mins away. After several attempts to contact the company regarding this problem, they suggested I contact desertcart to see about a replacement which didn't work because its a manufacturers problem, not desertcarts. Customer satisfaction drives product sales, and I am one unhappy customer so don't expect any more sales from me or my friends, family and colleagues. Review: but just empty it and all is good again. - Completely gets rid of diaper smell (and keeps the dog from getting into them).
