Tommee Tippee 360 Sealer Diaper Disposal System + 1X Refill

Not impressed with this product. After 7 months of daily use the plastic gear mechanism that controls the diaper roll does not advance the roll and makes constant clicking. To get this to work you have to stuff the diaper down with your hands advancing the roll manually, and then using the plastic knob to seal the diaper. We just threw this POS away in the dumpster and gone back to the free Walmart bag disposal system. This product tries too hard to be an "exclusive" and you can't find the refills anywhere buy Babies R Us which is 45 mins away. After several attempts to contact the company regarding this problem, they suggested I contact Amazon to see about a replacement which didn't work because its a manufacturers problem, not Amazons. Customer satisfaction drives product sales, and I am one unhappy customer so don't expect any more sales from me or my friends, family and colleagues.

Completely gets rid of diaper smell (and keeps the dog from getting into them). Can be difficult to get diapers in when the bucket is full, but just empty it and all is good again.

Not easy to use at all!

The concept is a great idea - you stick in a diaper, it seals it and you never smell nor see it again. When it works, which is rare, it's great. However there are any number of things that can go wrong with this diaper pail. My Kid's not so large diaper in size 3 and 4 apparently are too much for this thing. I regularly have to open it from the bottom and pull the plastic sheet down so the diaper will fully seal. if any teenie tiny portion of the diaper is outside of the pocket, it will not seal. If the diapers need to be rearranged in the pail down below, it will keep the diaper you are throwing away from being fully sealed too. My Diaper Genie broke for the 3rd time, so I thought...let's try this one. Probably in 4 out of 5 diaper changes I promise myself I'm going to go and by the Diaper Genie again. Keep in mind - when this thing fails on me in any way shape or form, I have to either attempt to fix it with a dirty diaper in one hand and a squirming toddler on the changing table at my other hand or wait until my husband can figure it out or my toddler is napping to fix it. Again - I think this is an excellent thought and concept - but clearly needs way more work in the execution. The pail needs to be taller or longer so the diapers drop straight down and don't fake full fast. The sealing pocket also needs to be a little bigger and allow for variation in the size of the diaper (it's no good if a very full diaper can't go down).

this diaper system promises to individually seal each dirty diaper as you drop it in and turn the dial. The set of sticky film is just not strong enough to contain the diapers as new dirty diapers are added to the pail. they end up escaping from the film and stinking up the pail. it is just one big mess. there is no amount of aligning the film or carefully folding the diaper before disposing of it that will make this system work.

What a fantasy it would be to have every diaper sealed individually, as not to let the stink escape. Unfortunately, I am still wishing for this fantasy to come true. This product not only allows the odor to escape, but also fails to seal the diapers. You have to pick up the dirty diapers that do not make it into the seal -- approximately 99.9%. The crank knob doesn't even work right; its gears slip, making it nonfunctional. DO NOT BUY!!!
