Whats the voltage rating for the AC charger? is it 120-240V?

Looking at my AC plug, it reads: Input is 120VAC output is 9VAC

If there isnt any battery replacement then the unit is no good when batteries wear out??

At the point, that the battery stops being able to take a charge. This would be recommended for recycling and replacement.

Is a file tool available to switch out for the saw blade to enable filing?

I saw nothing that indicated a filing tool was an optional attachment but admit I wasn't looking for anything but woodworking blades. I imagine if you went to Black and Deckers website they could answer that question.
