The way this swimsuit fits, I feel like it would fit a range of sizes. For reference, I am 5'1 and about 139lb, 36E. My daughter is 4 years old and is about 4 / 5T in most clothes. I ordered the large and it fits perfectly on top with no spillage. The bottoms could be smaller, but honestly for normal purposes, they're perfect. I ordered my daughter's true to size for her age. Perfect fit.Personally, I would order what you think you will be on the bottom, size wise. The top is fully adjustable by ties, so you could probably get away with a couple of the sizes.
