Poor quality - poor customer service.
Item has manufacturing faults causing it to be extremely sharp and cut skin/ scalp- requested an exchange however the seller states it’s not for use on scalps and has been used so won’t exchange. Just to be clear - Wahl said it’s not for cutting the hair on your head. Quite disappointing when the photos are of people using it on their head/ scalp.
