The adjustable clasp can be made to fit both larger and smaller wrists. I've been using Skagen watches with mesh bands for year. Works for me! **Q: Can i wear this in the pool** A: No because it is only "water resistant" which means you can briefly get it wet but not "water proof" which means no way can you wear it to water aerobics. **Q: What is the full length of this watch?
