Great and very handy!
This is a nice size and very easy to use. You just click and scan and it finds the chip pretty fast. It's easy to read and very reliable. Definitely worth the buy!

Broken after a year
Worked okay at first but a year down the line after only a handful of uses, it no longer charges and does not find microchips. After opening the casing to see what the issue is, I found the battery has blown. Poor quality and unreliable.

Good cheap and works
Bought to check microchip numbers of my cats. Found chip numbers easily. No way of clearing previously found microchips and when downloaded information, there as a random number that was not one of my cats. Still useful to have but when you scan a cat, take a photo of the screen otherwise there is no way of sorting which number belongs to which cat

So easy to use and if like me a stray adoped you and you didnt know if it belonged to someone without a trip to a vet, this is perfect. I now have a new cat which this told me had no chip and no one claimed. Very happy

It’s super easy to use and really comes in handy, especially if you happen to find a lost pet wandering around. I keep mine in my car, and it’s been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. What I love most is that it quickly scans for microchips without any hassle, and it saves me from having to make an extra trip to the vet or shelter. It’s such a simple yet effective tool that can help reunite lost pets with their owners, and I feel so much more prepared when I come across an animal in need.
