Their quick-lock figure-8 design ensures a secure grip and direct bar contact, boosting lift performance and reducing grip fatigue. Available in two sizes, these straps are perfect for entry-level lifters seeking reliable support and faster setup during deadlifts, shrugs, and cable exercises. ## Description Our straps were designed to be a quality product. They are constructed with a heavyweight, premium quality cotton material which is both soft to the touch, while remaining strong and durable. These Entry Level straps were designed to complement our best selling Heavy Duty straps, by bringing the benefits of the Figure 8 design to a wider audience. They are not as bulky as the heavy duty straps, but by adding neoprene pads, we have maintained comfort levels. We have kept some of the design elements, such as the binding stitches on the ends of the strap material, and the mutli-directional stitching on the combined end/cross over joint in the middle of the 8. The IRON APE Figure 8 double loop Deadlifting Straps have been designed with function over form in mind. This style of strap locks your hands firmly onto the bar, so you can fully concentrate on the pull, without worrying about your grip. The Figure 8 design is much quicker to get set up than the traditional style lifting straps – no more worrying about wrapping the strap around the bar multiple times, then having to wind the tension up. Just slip one hand through one half of the strap, pass the other end under the bar, then pass your hand through the other half. Now LIFT. The IRON APE design is more comfortable than some alternative designs of lifting straps, such as hook grips/straps. This is because with our straps, your hand is still in direct contact with the bar while lifting. You do not have an extra, unwanted layer, or anything that you have to carefully place your fingers around before lifting. Review: Works great for tennis elbow pain - Had tennis elbow for a while, started using this while doing pulling exercises (deadlift, rows, pulldowns etc) It has relieved the pain in my elbow dramatically. Easy to get on and off unlike the single straps and more consistent. Seems to be good quality. I don't lift very heavy more reps than anything but if your a strongman or lift heavy I would imagine you would get more professional heavy straps. Review: Does the job - Inexpensive, works. Once you get the hang of using them, only takes a second or two to strap into a bar, and you’re set. ## Features - STRONG AND STURDY: High quality cotton material, 1.6" / 42mm wide, with heavy duty stitching, means these straps will last. - BIGGER LIFTS: Figure 8 straps lock your hands onto the bar, so your PB's can be increased because you can focus on the LIFT, not the GRIP. - COMFORTABLE: 4mm thick neoprene pads ensure a comfortable fit against the wrist. Equally suitable for men and women. - ERGONOMIC & VERSATILE: Unlike lasso or hook style straps, these keep your hand IN DIRECT CONTACT with the bar, improving the feel of the lift. Can also be used on many dumbbell and cable machine exercises. - MULTIPLE SIZES: Available in two sizes: Medium (up to 6.5" wrists), and Intermediate (6.5-7.5" wrists). If your wrists are larger than this, we would recommend the Large size on our Heavy Duty Figure 8 product line. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07XXHCMCF | | Best Sellers Rank | #584,399 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #1,091 in Exercise Straps | | Brand | IRON APE | | Brand Name | IRON APE | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 312 Reviews | | Manufacturer | IRON APE | | Size | Intermediate | ## Images ![Figure 8 Straps, for Deadlift, Weight Lifting, Shrugs, and Weightlifting.
