I’ve had it nearly 2 years. It’s greatly improved my journey to meditate. I was a beginner & I feel due to this cushion it truly helped my posture to meditate comfortably & feel balanced. I suffer from lower back pain & this cushion has gotten me in a position, when it’s meditation time, to adjust my posture properly & to mediate pain-free. You’d think after all this time the cushion would be squished but it’s not. It shows the quality. I’ve taken good care of it. I love how the gray covering can be taken off to launder.
