I measured my waist in the middle of the day, when I'm at my most bloated. I was at 36.5in so I got the XXL. The two largest hooks were a bit loose but the smallest fits just right. It is tight yet comfortable. I wear it for 8 hours a day, it gets uncomfortable at hour 7 but I can power through. I wash it 2-3 times a week and let it air dry overnight. It's dry and ready to use in the morning. It is a little bulky and is pretty noticeable. I'll likely switch to the breathable latex when I downsize since it does get a little hot sometimes. Overall it is comfortable, has helped a lot with back pain, and it has helped a lot with my posture even when I am not wearing it.

Size 25” waist, I’m just got it today and can use the last hook, it’s somewhat of a compressed feeling, but I know it could be tighter. I will be ordering a different one from another brand, but that being said this is soft and flexible enough that I could wear it to the gym, which I will be keeping it for that reason. It seems to be good quality.

This product is a really good quality for its price.i was really disappointed when it arrived and tried to put it on i found it too small for a product that have no sizes to choose from.with this size it would just fit barely girls with no problems with weight or waist size. Not at all recommended for any one with a waist size more that 50 cm

I ordered a size XXL. My current weight is 224 lbs at 5ft 4 inches. The fit is perfect, initial fit is a little snug at first and may require assistance to buckle up. The second day becomes easier, probably due to the stretch. I was able to wear it for 2 hours + on the first day and will be increasing the wear time as the days go on. Goal is to be able to wear it for 8 hours + which seems highly attainable so far. It is also very easy to workout in and feel like my posture is correcting already! I definitely recommend this product!
