I work on an ambulance. You will never see an ambulance company or hospital using any cleaner like this. Because it doesn't kill germs. What we use is a 10:1 bleach solution coupled with those hardcore sani wipes. Add the water and baking soda first leaving room for the Sal Suds otherwise it will foam up when attempting to fill it up with water. Then just turn it upside down a few times throughout the day and you'll notice the baking soda disappears. it seems to all congeal somewhat. I then pour in enough to fill up the soap dispenser and add vinegar to the rinse cup. Been washing clothes like this for years. Doesn't fade colors and has been safe for all types of fabrics. Clothes do not have a strong fragrance after drying; they are just clean. **Q: What is different than this and the original Dr. Bronner's?
