Arrived on time. Looks exactly as I expected. No problem with the appearance. The problem I had with this was the tune was off to the point that my daughter (gift recipient) had no idea what song it was playing which kind of ruined the gift. Would I purchase this if I could go back......NO.

Absolutely love the music box. It looks super classy and the music is soo soothing. I bought it as a keepsake gift for my newborn niece and she loves it too!
