Absolutely love these insoles! I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur on my heel. They help support my arches and cushion the heel. I usually put them in on top of the original insoles but I have a few shoes that I only use these. Works great either way.

I've bought them from both Amazon and other companies, and the satisfaction is 100% genuine. They help me daily in my routine, at work, and in my daily activities.

Materials are OK, but entire pad is flexible neoprene-like material, with no solid or semi-rigid arch support. I prefer the company's Perform series to prevent plantar fasciitis and support my high arch. These are better than no arch support at all which is standard in too much footwear these days.

Just the right amount of arch support and "give" due to the gel. Very comfortable! I used them for my winter boots, although very comfortable, they didn't have much support. I am size 6 - 6.5 BUT cut the inserts to size 8 for these winter boots and they fit fabulous!!! Do not cut too short! I have been dealing with plantar for a year, and have it 99% under control. These inserts are the last piece of a puzzle. Almost completely pain free now.

I haven't gone and got a diagnosis on my feet, but the ball and arches of my feet get very fatigued at work and I find myself sometimes flexing the sole and toes of my foot in a cupping like shape for relief from the tension. These insoles have been a godsend for me and I've been putting them in every shoe I own. The most recent pair I got was to use with my steel toe timberland pro work boots and day one results are looking promising, my feet aren't aching today!

Well I have to say that these are pretty good. I had a friend that said he had them in his shoes & they worked so I went looking & found them here for a reasonable price & a lil bit cheaper too than shops. I tried them in my brooks shoes but they were a lil short in them so switched them to a pair of dress shoes 🥿 & wow now i will be able to wear those again. So i then tried them in my sketchers go walk that i can only wear around home & wow major improvement so now i think i can now wear those shoes anywhere. Postage time was great, they even arrived a day earlier than expected 👍. Would i order these again? Yes for sure, i even checked to order another now but i think i got the last one as now says presently unavailable but i will be back to get another pair for sure.
