Great for getting out cat and dog urine

Professional carpet cleaning used daily.
Over 18 years of carpet cleaning. I have used about 30 different products to deodorize. Enzymes, sanitizer, deodorant, oxygenation, etc. With many different applicacations... pump sprayer, electric sprayer, hydroforce sprayer, even a 5 gallon bucket poured onto pet stains (oxygenation). There is no simple cure for bad pet urine odor in the carpet and padding. In fact some of the time the moisture will feed the bacteria and smell worse for about a week. Skunk Out has become my first choice to deal with odor. It's not going to cure daily dog urine for over a year type of problems... which are far, far to common. But it works the best so far. I find it works best in a Hydro Force inline sprayer. You can really put a lot of product down quickly this way. I mix it 1 part Skunk Out to 2 parts water and the sprayer cuts that down 8:1. I also pre-spray the pet stains as opposed to post treating. My van and the home will smell much better this way. Occasionally I will have to post treat as well. Untill something better comes along again, I am using Skunk Out
