Great anti colic bottle design
This works well to REDUCE gas and spit up. This is good for sickly and colicky babies who need a little extra when feeding. I would recommend this to any parent. My baby has had reduced gas and gets more from each suckle at the bottle. The design is good and it’s actually easy to handwash each part. The size is good for monitoring how much the babe eats and gets a steadier flow of milk with less air bubbles. The beast of hold is typical like any bottle. The glass versions do a good job at regulating and adjusting temperature.

Solid and cleans easy!
I thoroughly enjoy these bottles! They are safe to use and clean well! I was concerned about glass and the bottles potentially breaking but I have accidentally dropped twice and there have been no cracks. The fat from breast milk doesn’t stick to the side as easily as plastic bottles. The bottles also clean easier, the milk just slides right off the sides! I was also concerned with the ease of holding but have had no issue. They are obviously heavier than plastic but it’s a small bottle to begin with and I don’t even think of the weight. The size is great since most breastfed babies drink 3-4oz on average! These bottles come with a level 1 nipple flow but can be replaced with any level flow. Dr. Brown sells just the nipples. I’ve had no leakage issues. I also love the longevity of the bottles - with them being glass they won’t need to be replaced like plastic bottles!! It’s worth the money! Also I feel confident using these bottles for my baby since the glass is free from microplastics! I know these bottles have more parts to clean than other bottles but it’s all we’ve used so I don’t even notice. It may be difficult to switch to these if you’ve used another kind.

A Total Game-Changer for Feeding Time!
We tried several bottles before discovering Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Anti-Colic Options+, and it has truly been a lifesaver for us! Our 19-month-old son took to this bottle with ease, making feeding time much smoother and less stressful. Out of the three different bottles we tried, this one stood out as the best by far. The design of the Dr. Brown's bottle is thoughtfully crafted to reduce colic and gas, which has made a noticeable difference in our son's comfort. He seems to drink more comfortably and with less fuss, which has been a huge relief for us as parents. The anti-colic vent system is incredibly effective, minimizing air intake and reducing the likelihood of uncomfortable gas and bloating. Another standout feature is the ease of cleaning. The bottle is straightforward to disassemble, and the parts are durable and dishwasher-safe. This has made the whole feeding process a lot more manageable, especially during those late-night feedings. Overall, I can't recommend the Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Anti-Colic Options+ enough. It’s been a fantastic addition to our feeding routine, and I’m thrilled with how well it has worked for us. I’m giving it a solid five out of five stars for its effectiveness, ease of use, and the positive impact it has had on our son's feeding experience. If you’re looking for a reliable bottle that helps with colic and gas, this one is definitely worth a try!

Perfect Size, Durable, and Great for Anti-Colic
We’ve been using Dr. Brown’s Glass Bottles (4oz and 8oz) for almost half a year, and they are perfect for our daughter’s small hands—she’s been using them since birth. They are very easy to clean in the dishwasher, and all the ounce markings are still intact. The bottles are thick, sturdy, and we always use the protective sleeves, so they don’t break even if dropped. The anti-colic system works very well, and she can easily drink formula with thickeners. Although slightly more expensive than plastic, they are still affordable, last much longer, and there’s no concern about microplastics. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend these bottles.

Excellent Anti-Colic Bottle in a Durable Glass Design
Combining the benefits of Dr. Brown’s anti-colic system with the durability and safety of glass, this bottle delivers on both function and quality. We decided to try the Dr. Brown's Glass Baby Bottle after experiencing issues with colic using other bottles, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The venting system is truly effective at reducing air bubbles in the milk, which has significantly decreased our baby’s gassiness and discomfort after feedings. The 4 oz size is perfect for newborns, and the Level 1 nipple provides a smooth flow that mimics breastfeeding. I appreciate that this bottle gives us the flexibility to use it with or without the venting system as our baby grows, making it a versatile option that adapts to our needs. The glass construction feels incredibly sturdy, and I prefer it over plastic bottles for its non-toxic properties. The bottle is also easy to clean, and it doesn’t retain odors or stains like plastic can. Plus, the glass bottle is dishwasher-safe and has held up well to daily use. The narrow design makes it easy for our baby to hold as they grow, and the measurement markings are clear and easy to read. The bottle also fits into most standard bottle warmers, which is a great convenience. Overall, Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Anti-Colic Glass Baby Bottle is an excellent choice for parents seeking a reliable, effective solution for colic and a durable, safe feeding option. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality glass bottle that helps keep baby comfortable and happy during feedings!

100 % recommend!
I wish I had found these bottles sooner because I had used the plastic ones with my first daughter and I absolutely love this bottle no matter what however I was very weary now of the micro plastics that get into our kids foods since it’s literally everywhere and so when I had found out that Dr. Brown’s made a glass version I had to get it and it did not disappoint. The durability is great design is great value for the money is great and the quality is great just like the plastic ones make sure to make these the airflow stopper tight and twist the top of the bottle tight so that it doesn’t leak because sometimes it did leak ever so slightly, but that’s just because you need to make sure that everything is sealed properly. if that makes sense. my baby was born with a slight tongue tie, so she was getting air in when she was feeding in the other bottle that I had which was a Phillips one and she did not do well with that one so I switched her to this one and she does extremely well barely any gas and she burps really well too

Really solid bottle — great for reducing fussiness, with a couple of minor trade‑offs
What I liked: The anti‑colic internal vent system is a big plus. According to the manufacturer, it’s “clinically proven to reduce colic… decreases spit‑up, burping and gas.” Dr. Brown's +2 Amazon +2 In practice, our baby seemed calmer during feedings and had fewer burps and gas episodes right after switching to this bottle. The glass bottle is high quality: borosilicate glass, heat and thermal shock‑resistant (so you can handle warm/hot to cool transitions) according to specs. Amazon I like that glass instead of plastic, for durability, feel, and avoiding plastic concerns. The nipple shape is thoughtful: described as “breast‑like nipple shape” to encourage proper latch and smoother transition between breast and bottle. Dr. Brown's +1 Our baby took to it quite readily. Flexibility/growth consideration: The internal vent system can be removed as baby grows and their feeding needs change — so you don’t necessarily need to switch to a totally different bottle brand later. Amazon +1 Care/cleaning is fairly straightforward: It is dishwasher safe (top rack), safe to use in electric/microwave sterilizers or boiling water (as per manufacturer). Amazon +1 What to consider / minor drawbacks: With all the parts (vent system + narrow glass bottle + screw top + nipple), there is a bit more assembly / cleaning than the simplest bottle on the market. If you prefer ultra‑minimal, this might be a bit more work. Glass, while great, is heavier than plastic — so during late‑night feedings or travel it’s something to keep in mind (less drop‑resistant as well, though the borosilicate helps). The “narrow” neck version is good for compatibility/flow, but some users may prefer the wide‑neck version for easier pouring, cleaning, or when using bottle brushes. The “slow flow” nipple (Level 1) is perfect for newborns, but if baby feeds faster / gets older you’ll need to upgrade to the next flow level; worth planning ahead. Price is a bit higher than basic bottles, especially for glass + anti‑colic system combined — but given the features, I think the premium is justifiable if you need the anti‑colic support. My verdict: If you’re looking for a bottle that goes beyond “just a bottle” and offers real anti‑colic technology + good materials + thoughtful design, this Dr. Brown’s Options+ Narrow Glass Bottle is a strong choice. For us it delivered what it promised: fewer feeding struggles, calmer baby, and a product that feels premium. I’d give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Babies favorite
These are my babies favorite bottles. I want to note that I see a lot of negative reviews for these bottles because the vent system adds little peices to take apart and wash, which can be inconvenient. However, I feel people fail to mention that using the vent system is completely optional. If you have a colicky baby and the vent works for you, sure keep it in and clean the parts. Otherwise, we just remove the additional parts and use the bottle as normal.

Great Product
Using them for 2 months now. No issue of colic as such. But, glass bottles need extra care. And it has too many parts, so need to be careful while washing.
