I don’t know exactly how healthy they are since they felt coated in sugar but I suppose they were moist enough, it didn’t hurt my jaw to chew/ eat the one or two that I did before I decided I just can’t do it. It’s a matter of preference I’m sure, but they seemed decent quality.
