Good Quality
I use this to play With dogs by putting a ball on the end and letting them chase. It’s held up well the number of times it’s been pulled and yanked on.

Best bang for your buck
Very nice, simple whip. I use it for in-hand dressage exercises and it works great. Awesome price.

For dog training
We have 5 large puppies we are training. I use it to tap the floor to give commands. My biggest problem is keeping up with it since it doesn’t have a wrist strap.

I use this to support my leg aids when riding. But I don't need the whip piece on the end
I only wanted a 'wand', not the whip on the end. But this works fine. I just tie the whip part back so it doesn't hurt my horse. I only need it as a gentle tap behind my leg as a communication. It is well made and light in my hand. Would be nice to have a light wrist ring at the top for use while riding to make it easier to hold. It is a good stick and a nice length. The price was good too.

Made this into an incredible dog toy.
We used this to make an incredible dog toy, we added rope and attached a non-stuffed, squeaky squirrel to the end of the rope. Our shelter rescue, lab/beagle mix never liked playing with toys until now. We are able to drag the squirrel around on the ground or raise it up for her to chase and leap at it! OMGOSH... she goes crazy over this squirrel! Amazon sells the horse whip and the squirrel, each for under $10. The result is... incredibly exciting play time for our dog. She goes crazy over it! Let your dog catch the squirrel from time to time so the dog is rewarded for his/her efforts.

Broke after one day
Yes, it was totally my fault for not noticing it was sticking out of the tack box, but I still didn’t expect it to snap in half after getting the lid gently closed on it… aluminum trunk too, not a wood one!
