I was skeptical about this at first. But let me tell you, it does work. I have endo and get severe cramps. It has a minty smell, but when you apply it to the area, it feels tingly and warm in a good way. The smell, for whatever reason, also helps with the Nauseousness. great product for pain relief, but it takes a while to work and the relief doesn’t really last long but besides that the product doesn’t smell bad and has a normal heat level.

Helps with cramps

My daughter has severe cramps during the beginning of her cycle. This cream, in addition to over-the-counter pain medications was helpful. She said it did take the edge off, but does not completely eliminate the discomfort. However, would buy again as it was helpful.

Great for immediate relief but not preventative. No breakouts or anything, it’s a topical cream for period cramps and works very well. I had no idea something like this even existed. It smells like mint or eucalyptus so there’s no issue with odor. Little pricy but worth it.

I will not advise any one to buy this product. It didn’t work. It’s just putting menthol in your belly. I wish to get my money back!
