At the urging of ChatGPT, I started my 11 yr old on one of these each day. We started noticing a difference within the first 3 days. Everyone around him could tell. We eat a very high protein diet with other whole foods, so that wasn't the issue. But as far as his impulsivity and hyperness, these worked amazing. And he said there is no aftertaste which the kids version did have. It's a large pill for him to swallow, but he manages. I wish they would do a super high EPA kids version.

I purchase this product on subscription and have never had a problem. But my recent bottle tastes and smells so strong it is not possible to take it. I believe it is rancid. There is no return or refund option offered from Amazon but I called the manufacturer directly and they were very responsive and shipped a replacement bottle quickly.

Overall: Highly recommend Pros: Great brand that cares about making sure there are no heavy metals. Focus on good handling so you don’t end up with spoilage. One of the only brands that can get that high EPA (3:1 or higher EPA to DHA) that studies associate with all those pain relief and cognitive benefits due to a major anti inflammatory profile. Cons: Pricey, but honestly when I buy cheaper fish oil it usually smells rancid (free radical oxidative damage 😬) and has questionable DHA and next to no EPA…so you get what you pay for 🤷‍♂️ Whole family takes a capsule daily. Daughter has had noticeable improvement in some behaviors (do an internet search on adhd and high EPA fish oil supplementation in children). I squeeze a capsule in a small amount of milk and she drinks. Lemony flavor makes it not taste fishy. Conclusion: We’ve all been taking for over a year and feel the benefits. Highly recommend 👍

I love these because they are very high in Omega 3's and lower in Omega 6's. I give these to my dog. I take a needle and poke the outside of a capsule and slowly squeeze out a few drops per day. He has three legs and so needs a high quality fish oil - such as this. The ingredients are dog safe, from the information I found on Google. I would say this product is the highest quality of all fish oils. I have bought this product probably one hundred times and eat time I have had fantastic results. One time I got a bottle that was rancid. But, if you make sure the item isn't stuck up in the bottle and doesn't smell rancid - you are good to go. I think this product is so high quality, I continue to buy from them anyways!

I was surprised to learn my Omegas are way out of balance so I found this product for its high levels of EPA. The capsules are too large for me to swallow, but surprisingly, I can bite them and swallow the oil and it is very enjoyable. Tastes like an olive oil or something. I noticed Nordic does offer a liquid version which I just ordered. Looking forward to retesting in a couple of months.
