Is there ‘Cadmium’ or ‘Lead’ in this kit?

I looked at the packaging and honestly it didn't have anytjing labelled with lead but I would contact the seller with concerns.

Would a 12 year old be too old for this?

Not at all. My niece is also 12 and she loved it. Keeps her busy. And she loves making the bracelets to give to her friends.

How do I get my money back if I did not receive the product?

Reach out to the seller to see if they can give you an ETA on shipping or tracking number, or you can reach out to amazon to get your money back.

Do it come with clasps to close bracelets? Is elastic very sturdy so it won't break easily?

It comes with everything to make it with
