Its really good, the heat with the massage nodes that turn and get right into the knotted area's of the muscle, the nodes turn and moves up and down covering all of the back and all of the neck or you can use it in one area getting right into worse part of the ache or pain, my daughter has suffered for years with knotted area across shoulder and i had to by herself one she is managing her own pain and gets the relief from this, it really works. 👍

Having had a similar sized Homedics massager previously which worked very well, I was interested to see how this model compared. My initial impressions are that it is probably superior in a number of aspects. Firstly, the neck massager covers an impressive height range which is more than adequate for me (and I am 6 feet tall). Also the number of massage heads for the back area is double that of the Homedics unit which provides a more comprehensive coverage and deeper massage. The addition of the seat/bottom massage was an unexpected bonus as I was not expecting to use this but it does enhance the relaxation during a massage and I am now using it regularly. As regards the strength/intensity of massage, again the Renpho unit exceeds expectations plus you can vary the intensity level to suit your needs. Overall, I would say that this unit gives excellent value for money (more so as I bought it during the Spring sale!) but even at around £150 I would say it is still a good buy providing that its durability is satisfactory - and that remains to be seen.

Wonderful massager! The cable is very well made and works well for the use case but being on a specific side is a bit awkward. It is a bit tough to find a comfortable spot to have the massager on but once you do, it feels wonderful. It presses very hard and really cranks those muscles. It is quite heavy but you should be fine with it regardless. Overall it’s very good. I use it quite often for neck massages and it feels amazing

If you’re someone with chronic illness or fatigue, this is a helpful game changer! or migraines! I have M.E/chronic fatigue and it is debilitating to the point that I can’t sleep because I am so fatigued it is painful, i’m laying in bed wired, in pain, irritable and unable to sleep. I put this little baby on every night before I want to sleep and it relaxes me enough to be able to fall asleep and that is incredible for me. The heat on the eyes is amazing, the pressure perfect and buildable and my brain even associates the little tune it plays with sleep now! It really is so soothing and helpful for people like me and so rare to find something that helps and I am truly grateful. The only downsides are that the controls on the side are hard to get used to as there’s 3 buttons and multiple options or motions for each, it’s hard to remember what each of them do easily especially when tired! (definitely would pay a little extra for the remote but i’m equally not that bothered.) Another downside is the charge goes down quite quickly with consistent use, I use mine every night for half an hour or more and it lasts three days or so when new and as the battery deteriorates, that goes down to 2 days and then 1 and my last machine stopped holding charge. But I don't know if this is the case for all or if faulty, customer service refunded me and were helpful via email. Also a little noisy but I like the noise. I really and truly recommend this for people struggling with chronic pain or illness and are looking for something that helps ease the symptoms related to that or just want a fun way to relax or ease headaches.

I’ve been using it for a couple of days now and it’s amazing. It ticks so many boxes that there’s no need to look any further for other massagers. Over the weekend we went camping and ground under the tent was not flat, so I ended up with pain in my neck and shoulders. Thanks to this massager my pain is almost gone, and I feel great. Built quality is great. It’s not like some of those cheap massagers that you are afraid to use as they might break during the first use. The material feels good on the skin. Having the option to move back massager to the spot you need is a must-have feature in every massager and this one has it. With this feature, you can spend more time on those problematic spots on your back. Feels like Renpho has thought about everything, availability to move neck massager up and down is brilliant. You can move it to the correct height for your neck. I do need to say that first unit that I received suffered from production issue where the mechanisms that move neck massager up/down got stuck in on place and I was able only to move it 1cm up or down. I got in touch with Renpho customer support and they were on top of it. Straight away the sent me a replacement unit. 5 stars for customer service too! Little side pocket for remote is yet another detail that tells you that Renpho actually spent time thinking how to make this product great. For the best experience, I would suggest using a chair that can recline a bit. I have an office chair from IKEA and it’s great for this. When you recline, you put more pressure on the massager's heads and it intensifies the awesome massage feeling. Don’t recline too far at will put too much pressure on the moving parts and you’ll just gonna break the massager. As you might have understood so far, I’m really pleased with this product and Renpho customer service. Both deserve a 5-star rating.

This massager arrived very quickly - much quicker than expected. On first impressions this is a well-made item which looks like it will last. I am very pleased with this purchase, This is an awesome massage chair and it does an excellent job at reducing those aches and pains. I am in absolute heaven sitting on this. It is so relaxing. I love the upper body rolling massage. I have been using it on both my neck and back as I suffer from upper back pain but it works on all areas of the back. It does reach right to the top of my shoulders. I use mine every day, and since using this I have not been in as much pain and its working really well in aiding the recovery of my back. It has a cushion for the head and a cover over the massage area that softens the effect if used. It is very easy to operate and has various massage and rolling with infra-red heat that can be switched on and off. It is very comfortable to use and can easily be folded and stored away when not in use. It is really excellent for pain relief or even if you want to relax and just have authentic massage experience. When registering the warranty RENPHO Customer Service responded very quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend fantastic purchase and great value for money.

I've never been a fan of human massage as they never concentrate on the "sweet spot":that you feel just needs 10 minutes on that bit. They faff about doing a bit and then going elsewhere. I also feel bruised after as I am ultra sensitive for some reason.bThis gadget is pretty good. You can put it onbthat said sweet spot and apply as much pressure to your comfort level by pulling down more with the wrist straps. Not sure I'd like it while driving as leaning on it for me gives too much pressure. Plus, due to the moving part, it does gradually go for a walk away from the bit you want it on. I bought it as I have a trapped nerve in my neck/shoulder blade and am finding it quite beneficial. Plus, that out of body pleasure experience when its right on the bit that's causing issues is way too nice and I am pleased it cuts off after 15 minutes as Id be happy to sit for hours enjoying it. Regarding the heat function, its not as hot as Id like. More warm ish but the massage far outweighs the lack of heat.

So this looked good. A lot of reviewers liked it. Indeed ours work very well for five minutes, and then it went mad and everything started working at once, except the hand controller which was dead. "No problem", I thought. "2-year warranty" Then you read the small print - the European support agent is a mobile number. Not a good sign, but tried it anyway and spoke to a helpful sounding lady. That's as good as it got. So this is a review of the 2-year warranty I've purchased, as the product was effectively DOA. However, I subsequently received an email which was much less than helpful. Instead of assisting in any way, never mind swapping it out, they wanted me to take a video of it (in spite of my very detailed description of the problem) and then ship it back to them (for ~£30) to have it repaired. They also claimed the warranty was only one year (see photo that contradicts this), but I pointed out we'd had it for one day so it was covered anyway. After I pointed out for the second time that I didn't possess an iPhone to make the demanded video I got a culturally inappropriate email that basically said I was wasting my time contacting them about it. I'll be charitable and guess this came from overseas, but to English sensibilities it was plain rude. So I can only suggest avoiding this and other poor quality Renpho products. I tried to get warranty support and got the run-around instead. Why don't I sent this back to Amazon and buy a new one (after all, it seemed pretty good)? Well, a week after I bought it the price went up by £80. I want the product I ordered at the price I paid for it, and with genuine warranty service. Renpho claims their warranty is "award winning", but I'm struggling to find a category of award it deserves.

So good I bought three, two to gift and one for myself, it is so relaxing, I feel much calmer after using it, and my eyes feel nice and warm and relaxed, I feel this would be great for headaches aswell (it massages the temples a lot) it is not a rolling type massage more of a heat press, and some movement inwards, but it is great! There are options for just heat, just massage, vibration as well, so don't need to use the massage function every time if you don't want to, as a heat press it works nicely as well (for dry eyes it's great) I use it before bed and it helps me feel calm and sleepy 😊 I do recommend it so far! The battery lasts me a few sessions :-) but charges pretty quickly. (FYI it is a little noisy, but more of like a machine noise or deep white noise type, for me it is not bothersome)

Hatta acaba var mı diye düşünüyorsunuz. Yanında Gelen elektrik kablolarının uzunluğu yeterli. Ben her şeyi ile beğendim. Tek üzdüğü noktası, ben satın aldıktan 2 gün sonra indirime girmesi oldu. Ürünü kargo, vergi vs herşey dahil 1.433 TL ye almış oldum. Parasının hakkını verip vermeyeceğini zamanla göreceğim.
