If you’re someone with chronic illness or fatigue, this is a helpful game changer! or migraines! I have M.E/chronic fatigue and it is debilitating to the point that I can’t sleep because I am so fatigued it is painful, i’m laying in bed wired, in pain, irritable and unable to sleep. I put this little baby on every night before I want to sleep and it relaxes me enough to be able to fall asleep and that is incredible for me. The heat on the eyes is amazing, the pressure perfect and buildable and my brain even associates the little tune it plays with sleep now! It really is so soothing and helpful for people like me and so rare to find something that helps and I am truly grateful. The only downsides are that the controls on the side are hard to get used to as there’s 3 buttons and multiple options or motions for each, it’s hard to remember what each of them do easily especially when tired! (definitely would pay a little extra for the remote but i’m equally not that bothered.) Another downside is the charge goes down quite quickly with consistent use, I use mine every night for half an hour or more and it lasts three days or so when new and as the battery deteriorates, that goes down to 2 days and then 1 and my last machine stopped holding charge. But I don't know if this is the case for all or if faulty, customer service refunded me and were helpful via email. Also a little noisy but I like the noise. I really and truly recommend this for people struggling with chronic pain or illness and are looking for something that helps ease the symptoms related to that or just want a fun way to relax or ease headaches.

I purchased this RENPHO eye massager due to frequent eye strain from long hours working at a computer. I’ve now used it regularly for several weeks, mainly in the evenings, and it has become part of my wind-down routine. The combination of gentle pressure and heat is very effective without being uncomfortable. It feels more like a relaxing massage than a medical device, which I appreciate. Sessions are short enough to fit into a busy day, and I find it particularly useful before bed as it helps me switch off and relax. Build quality feels solid, the controls are straightforward, and the adjustable strap makes it comfortable to wear. The Bluetooth music feature is optional but a nice addition if you enjoy background sound while relaxing. One thing worth noting is that it does make a small amount of noise while operating, which may be noticeable in a very quiet room, and it’s not the most compact item if you plan to travel with it. Neither of these were deal-breakers for me. I was happy enough with the performance that I later purchased a second one as a gift for someone else, who has also been very pleased with it. I’d recommend it to anyone who experiences tired or strained eyes.

I’ve had this product for over a year now, and have used it countless times. In fact, I would really hate to be without it now. On first use I didn’t like it, and thought it did nothing for me, second use, thought it was ok, by the third time I started coming round thinking it was helping a little. It just takes awhile to get used to the sensations, but once you do, it’s incredibly helpful and relaxing. I get a lot of tension headaches, and using this helps prevent them turning in to migraines. So give it a good chance. It’s not perfect, the music is annoying, and doesn’t last the full cycle, I prefer the water sounds, but they only last a couple of minutes and then the music comes back on, so I generally turn the sound off. The buttons are irritating, trying to change the options whilst wearing it normally results in selecting things I don’t want and having to go through it all multiple times. The charge doesn’t last as long now, but I think that’s normal for anything with a battery, over time. Overall, amazing! I use it all the time, often reaching for it before taking painkillers if I have a tension headache. I’d struggle without it, and will definitely be replacing it when necessary. Very much worth the money. I highly recommend!

First impression - when getting the eye massager out of the box it looked and felt well made if not a little space age, but I was keen to give it a try. After a quick read of the instructions I plugged it in to charge using the lead (no plug adaptor provided). I left it for a couple of hours whilst I popped out and it was ready to use upon my return. After holding the on button for a few seconds it came to life and you receive audible directions to which setting you are on. I placed over my eyes and settled on the Automatic setting. What can I say is, it is different to any other heated eye mask I have tried in the past, tranquil music starts playing and then the eye mask inflates, heats, massages and vibrates all of which I can say were very comfortable and a nice experience. After 15 mins the program comes to an end (you are also advised by the audible voice) and it switches off. I felt relaxed and my eyes did feel refreshed and I was ready for sleep. The downsides - it is a little noisy as it inflates/deflates and massages however, after a few minutes I stopped noticing this, so I didn’t particularly find it irritating. I have given the eye massager 5* as overall I really like it and as I have said previously I found it relaxing once I got used to the sounds and sensations, however, I appreciate this may not be for everyone. I also suffer with dry eyes, which is one of the reasons I looked at this mask in the first place so I am interested to see if this helps in the long run.

Arrived in great condition and packaging. The instructions were clear and although the buttons were at first difficult to find with my eyes closed, I found the settings easily changeable. The device provides a surprising amount of warmth and pressure. I'm not sure of the extent of the long-term benefits from using this device but it was comfortable to use and definitely feels relaxing. The default music is likely to get repetitive quickly, but the bluetooth worked well and allowed me to relax with my own music. The only major criticism I have is that the movement of the inner parts of the device is quite loud, and will sometimes muffle the music. However, overall I would recommend the Eye Massager - it provides a very good variety of settings and adjustments, and it is great for someone that wants a 10-minute chill out at the end of a tough working day!

I bought this for myself as I have been having trouble sleeping and thought it would help me switch off my other devices and relax a bit before bed. It’s really easy to use, fits well and is very relaxing. The first 5 secs were a bit strange as I got used to the sensation of having my eyes massaged - it’s worth riding out the initial weirdness of it as once you are used to it it is really relaxing. The noise of the air inflating and deflating the eye mask is quite loud, but if you have the music playing and let yourself relax, you don’t really notice it after a while. It massages from your temples across your eyes and each mode has a different rhythm. I’ve used it on the medium heat setting, haven’t tried the hot setting or the hard massage yet, but the medium pressure is perfect. Definitely would recommend this as something a little bit different and a way to fully switch off from outside distractions.

I bought these to help with “dry eyes” Firstly the goggles were snug on my head even with the strap loose, the weight of them kept them in place. The warmth was lovely and really soothed my eyes. Just what I wanted. The massage was nice too but I had to dial down the pressure. The vibration was irritating and didn’t give any other perceived benefit. The built in timer was a great asset. Overall I’d give it 8/10 for doing the job I bought it for. However, is only gets 3 starts as it needed charging every other day which mean they were inconvenient to use, it would cut out part way through a 10 minute session. So I returned them. Renpho products usually hold a charge for much longer. I have a massage gun and that stays charged for 2 weeks with daily use.

Absolutely love my eye massager. I put it on when I get into bed and it totally relaxes me, I literally go straight to sleep after the 15 minute program. Highly recommend it.

So good I bought three, two to gift and one for myself, it is so relaxing, I feel much calmer after using it, and my eyes feel nice and warm and relaxed, I feel this would be great for headaches aswell (it massages the temples a lot) it is not a rolling type massage more of a heat press, and some movement inwards, but it is great! There are options for just heat, just massage, vibration as well, so don't need to use the massage function every time if you don't want to, as a heat press it works nicely as well (for dry eyes it's great) I use it before bed and it helps me feel calm and sleepy 😊 I do recommend it so far! The battery lasts me a few sessions :-) but charges pretty quickly. (FYI it is a little noisy, but more of like a machine noise or deep white noise type, for me it is not bothersome)

Incroyable ! J'ai eu une énorme période de stress/crises d'angoisse pendant 1 mois, c'était horrible. Suite à cela mon corps est complètement épuisée, je me sens déconnectée de la réalité. Ce produit m'aide beaucoup à gérer mes émotions à faire le vide et le tri pendant 20 minutes pour moi-même. Le massage est incroyable ! Je le conseille à tt les personnes sujette au stress/insomnie/fatigue/migraine

Excelente producto, el masaje es muy agradable, el calor es suficiente sin molestas, es muy relajante. La carga le dura para varios masajer. El único inconveniente que le encuentro es que es un poco dificil de atinar a los botones una vez que tienes puesto el aparato, pero los beneficios lo compensan.
