So essentially, as the gyms are closed I've been doing a lot more home exercises during lockdown. As such, my workout routine has changed quite considerably to a more cardio based one and with that I've had A LOT of soreness and muscle fatigue. I used to have a cheap a cheap massage gun from ebay but decided to try a newer and more expensive one this time, as there is no point in cheaping out on seething that could potentially damage your muscles.I decided to look at this one as I have a RENPHO scale that I have never had an issue with and so trusted the brand. This device has helped with my muscle fatigue incredibly and I really really wish I had bought it sooner instead of just waiting for pains to leave in due course.I was a tad wary of the price, as a 24 year old I don't have too much cash to splash. But I compared it to others on the market and this seemed about perfect based on the value for money and features available. So the Renpho met my expectations beautifully to say the least.I'll start straight away though with the couple potential negatives I have found. The first being that the heads are quite hard/ stiff to get in. However they do feel sturdy/ solid and don't seem like they're going to break as you're forcing them in. I think it's mostly because they are so flush with the mechanism, which is good for holding them in place while it vibrates. Would have possibly preferred a twisting and lock element instead, possibly like how a camera lens can be twisted and locked in place, but still does the job. Second potential negative: The charging light is very dim, it's a faint red that can't really be seen even in room light, you have to get a good angle on it to spot it. However, this is in no way an issue for me as you can still tell what the charge is at based on the angle or by plugging the battery into the device and seeing what percentage it is at. And finally, I do wish there were more colour options to choose from, blue and gray isn't normally my thing, even just a matte black version would be a very nice option to have.On to the good stuff. The device arrived in a very nice premium case, with everything sitting very securly in place. I also noticed a sneeky little storage compartment underneath the top layer of foam that is very spacious and could be used to carry documents, muscle tape, a water bottle, oils and more in if you were to go to the gym, travel with this device or use it for physiotherapy etc.The charging base is an extremely useful addition. My previous massager had to be plugged in via a usb charger directly into the body of it, which I found awkward to both plug in and leave charging. This means I can leave the majority of the device in it's stored place. The battery simply clicks in, making it very sturdy.The multiple heads are WONDERFUL. I've found some work brilliantly for certain areas and others work great for others. Although some are suggested for specific things, myself and my partner have realized that we both prefer different ones for different things, so I would suggest trying and seeing which works best for you. Again, these are stiff to put in, but hold in place perfectly, compared to my last massage gun that used to loosen throughout use.Once you have chosen your head and clicked it in, you can twist the direction the head is facing to reach other parts easier. I personally have not used this feature all that much as for difficult to reach areas I just ask my partner to get for me and vice versa. But I do think it works great and the handle is in no way uncomfortable to hold. The device isn't too heavy to hold at particular angles as well.It has a very simple button/ functionality layout. Simply turn the device on using the large power button on the top, it will make a quiet beep to let you know it's on. Then the battery lights will turn on, telling you what percentage of power is left (it says Vol or Volume, but I suspect this is referring to battery volume rather than the actual noise level. I've tried draining the battery to see how well these work, but having the device on for 2 hour and 30 mins is quite a feet to achieve. The only other button on the device is the speed, which also beeps with each use. There are 4 different levels and I have found all of them to be useful as some times it can be too much or too little for certain muscle areas.So overall in summary, a very handy and great device that I am very glad to have gotten. Honestly if you're considering it or are looking at others around the same price range, just save yourself the hassle and buy it.9/10!

Using this massager spa is really very relaxing. It works better than I was expecting, because I never had one before which I liked enough to use more than a couple of times... but this one, I am sure I will be using if possible daily, because it feels so good. The rollers are robust and strong enough for a good massage, and the Spa is great too. The temperature control works perfectly, just as does the timer. I would give it five stars if it had also side rollers to massage the outside of the feet, and a few small thin vertical front rollers to massage between your fingers. It could also be a little bit less noisy. Definitely the best I had and the only one I liked so far.

Why did you choose this product over others?:"Why did I choose this product over others". Hmmm good question; well primarily due to reading many overall reviews in the comments section. The initial price from Amazon was stated as £135 for a black one but on closer inspection there is/should be a picture box below with a light brown one and for the same model mysteriously the price dropped to £97 so went for that; well why not :)Filled it up to the max line inclusive of additional 3 litres of boiled kettle water and the temp started at 32 deg C. If you don't do that ya might be gone some time waiting for temp to get to a reasonable level. I timed how long it took to go from 44 deg C to 45 deg C which was 3.5 mins. From the initial 32 deg to 44 deg I didn't time it exactly but likely was around 10 mins. Note it takes longer to heat warmer water than colder due to environmental evaporation and kinetic energy of the water :)To be fair to the unit it has a humble 500W (half Kw) heater compared to a kettle of 2 to 3 Kw.Comes with 4 plug in wheels added by you on opening. If you are thinking of emptying the unit at the end of session down the sink rather than draining at floor level via the built in rubber bung the combined weight of unit and water is 24lb or 11 kg.So functionally the modes are pretty straight forward. Temp up/down in 1 deg C increments. Power on/off. Timer in 10 min increments up to 1 hour. Massage rollers on/off, continuous or pulsed : 2 seconds rolling, 1 second off continuous cycling. They tickle to start off with but you soon get immune to it else turn off.The spa function as others have stated won't give you a jet blast by any stretch, more water agitation which helps circulate the water around the feet. In addition there is a small circular perforated dispenser in the middle that you can put a small amount of epsom salts or smellies for the ladies :) lest you just mix in the water at the start. This is where the spa function/ water agitation comes in useful.So findings : I am a bloke with size 10 feet; water barely covers the very bottom of ankle so don't expect a full ankle soak, probably higher if a lady with dainty feet. Water temp at 44 deg was good but as time progressed and temp rose to 47 deg the feet start getting a bit toasty and skin slightly red. But for me the aim was achieved with soft skin at the end and softened nails. Skin removal and nail cutting is so much easier afterwards.There is a large red led light that illuminates in spa mode but you will find when on that it is pretty obvious as the spa motor is responsible for the noise about the same as a hair dryer on medium setting. When off and just the massage rollers running they emit a quiet rumble.All the best; Happy feet.

I purchased this RENPHO eye massager due to frequent eye strain from long hours working at a computer. I’ve now used it regularly for several weeks, mainly in the evenings, and it has become part of my wind-down routine.The combination of gentle pressure and heat is very effective without being uncomfortable. It feels more like a relaxing massage than a medical device, which I appreciate. Sessions are short enough to fit into a busy day, and I find it particularly useful before bed as it helps me switch off and relax.Build quality feels solid, the controls are straightforward, and the adjustable strap makes it comfortable to wear. The Bluetooth music feature is optional but a nice addition if you enjoy background sound while relaxing.One thing worth noting is that it does make a small amount of noise while operating, which may be noticeable in a very quiet room, and it’s not the most compact item if you plan to travel with it. I looked at quite a few different massage guns before settling on this one and I'm glad I did.The gun itself is a little bigger than I was expecting but it's comfortable to hold and it feels sturdy, not like some cheap plastic thing that's going to shake itself apart within a matter of days. It has some weight to it but not so much that it becomes too heavy with prolonged use. The controls are simple to use and very touch-responsive. It arrived with 70% power, so I was able to use it immediately.It comes in a very nice carry case, which has separate slots for the massage gun itself, the charging unit (which had the UK 3-pin plug on it) and each of the attachments. I particularly like this case as I've seen some others with pretty poor quality cases, some of which have no slots for the attachments or charger, so everything's basically unprotected and/or rattling around loose inside the case. That might be fine if you don't intend to take it anywhere but in my opinion, this one is much better; well protected outside and well organised inside. There's also a warranty card and a user manual in the case, the latter of which gives you all the information you need about operating the massage gun and which attachment to use for which part of the body.In terms of functionality, the massage gun and the various attachments are excellent. The attachments just slot in and out with a bit of force, but not too much and they're very secure during use. The gun has plenty of power with 20 speed settings but the 4-6 range is comfortable for most body parts and you can go up to the 8-10 range for larger muscles such as the quads without any problems.That said, I don't think I'd want that much power around my neck or shoulders. I don't know who anyone could use this with the speed at 20 but it's nice to have the headroom I guess; I'd rather it had more power than necessary rather than too little. It also switches off after 15 minutes and personally, I've found that to be more than enough time to do what I've needed to do with it. If you did want to use it for longer, you can simply turn it on for another 15 minutes, of course.In terms of power consumption, it seems very reasonable. As I said, it arrived with 70% charge, right out of the box and I've used it for about an hour in total (over a period of days) since then, which has dropped that charge down to just 60%. I don't think I'll need to charge this more than once every couple of weeks or so, which I don't have any problems with.All in all, I'm extremely happy with this product. I've used it after every gym session this week and it's definitely helped loosen up my muscles and speed up recovery.

I really liked this foot spa. It was easy to use, heated the water well, and the massage and bubble functions were very relaxing. I used it only twice, and it worked perfectly.Unfortunately, on the third use, the spa/bubble function started running automatically and would not switch off even when the display showed "OFF". As this is an electrical device used with water, I didn't want to take any safety risks, so I decided to return it.I believe I may have received a faulty unit because my first two experiences were excellent. I would have happily kept it if this issue had not occurred.

Being diabetic, I decided to start giving my feet some much needed tlc and started with looking for a decent foot spa when I came across this. My feet, on most days, are often sore to walk on, sensitive and sometimes swollen so I was a little apprehensive when I read some reviews saying how uncomfortable it is on your feet. Regardless, I thought I'd take the plunge because my feet needed something to help. I won't lie and say that it is the most comfortable to use BUT, once you get used to it, it is fine - bear in mind that my feet were very sore to begin with hence, the discomfort. I used it for the first time last night with some Epsom salts and a nice smelling gel. I spent around 30mins with my feet soaking away and being massaged for the recommended 15mins, then another 5 after around 10mins and by the end, I no longer felt as uncomfortable. I had to find my sweet spot during this time as I've never used one as sophisticated as this before. I filled up the little well in the middle with the Epsom Salts by removing the top cap, you do this by twisting it slightly - it's kind of like a bayonet type catch and then filled with cold water. I set the temperature at it's highest and found that the unit took a while to heat fully but I didn't mind this as it gave me a chance to clean and prepare my feet. I found the highest temperature to be a little too hot for me so will lessen the degree next time. The only downside to this unit however is that the bubbles are not very powerful and would have like them to be more so really. However, I slept very well and my feet feel so rested even this morning I still feel the positive effects. They are far less sore than they are on most days and as a result, I have been far more active and energised - I'm not a morning person usually but today I am! I feel as though I have literally spent time at a Spa. I can honestly say that this has been a worthwhile purchase and feel it will be a solid investment for my foot health, I will be using it again tonight..

So good I bought three, two to gift and one for myself, it is so relaxing, I feel much calmer after using it, and my eyes feel nice and warm and relaxed, I feel this would be great for headaches aswell (it massages the temples a lot) it is not a rolling type massage more of a heat press, and some movement inwards, but it is great! There are options for just heat, just massage, vibration as well, so don't need to use the massage function every time if you don't want to, as a heat press it works nicely as well (for dry eyes it's great) I use it before bed and it helps me feel calm and sleepy 😊 I do recommend it so far! The battery lasts me a few sessions :-) but charges pretty quickly. (FYI it is a little noisy, but more of like a machine noise or deep white noise type, for me it is not bothersome)

I’m having sore and tense upper back and shoulders due to breastfeeding my newborn baby. I also just love a massage and spas are closed for the foreseeable future due to the pandemic.This little machine looks small but packs a punch. The “shiatsu” movements really get in the muscle knots for instant relief.I’m not getting much use of the Velcro straps (they are quite short) but I usually just position it against my back and the couch to get the right spots.You can adjust heat and direction of settings but you have to do So manually on the body of the pillow, so you’d have to readjust your position again if you’ve already got a sweet spot. Would be great if there was a remote function, but for this price I’m not complaining.Overall a great little unit for the price point for an instant relief.
