Bad product
Half bottom part of this kettle is not working. Unable to refund and replace it. Unable to call customer care.

Performance after use
Product is ok. The top steamer tray is not sitting / fitting comfortably with the main vessel. Getting slipped off. Hence steaming part is difficult. So far overall performance is ok.
