Got a file cabinet at IKEA normal files will not work, too small, it was designed for European paper (A4) the fils I got are a perfect fit am very happy

These fit rails that are 13 inches (330 mm) apart. I would've given 5 stars but the plastic hangers were too tall and wouldn't allow my drawer to close.

Perfect size for an A4 suspension frame! The files seem very sturdy and the labeling tags work very well. I am amazed at how difficult it is to find this file size in the US for a decent price. Shipping was very fast.

Our supply clerk accidentally ordered a file cabinet for me with A4 size drawers. I ordered these instead of putting a metal hanger inside the drawer.to allow the normal letter size and they work great.

Good quality, and arrived in less than half the time I was expecting them. I still don't understand why A4 folders are so hard to find in the US.

They came from the UK and were too long to fit a letter size suspended file. I threw them away and went to a local office supply store.

Not Cathedral branded folders. They're shorter and longer than my other "Cathedral" folders which go in my "cathedral" filing box. They also have no branding on the folder. They're thin and flimsy. I've been missold. The orange is my authentic Cathedral product purchased from WHSmith, the green one is what I've been sent from amazon. I can't convey how flimsy they feel but hopefully you can take my world. Really disappointed.

These are just as expected - bog standard suspension files which I wanted to replace my old ones when sorting out my filing cabinet. I have no complaints but have given four stars only as a couple of the files had broken plastic on the ends and could not be used. But I had more than I needed anyway so it was no problem and I would order them again.

Item is just as described, however, it is advertised as a pack of 20 but it is actually a pack of 10 that I received so ended up costing more than I would have been prepared to pay for only 10

amazon recommended i buy this to go with the metal file storage box I bought and they don't fit the box! I didn't open them straight away as didn't need them so I didn't realise until after period for return expire. what a waste of money! so annoyed.

To be honest, disappointed with the quality. Sit tight on the filing cabinet runners so don't slide easily (That's before they are filled) and then they bend when filled. Possibly my fault for not really reading the description and being spoiled by another version I already had with a slim metal shaft support that sits between the plastic ends. If these had that then they wouldn't suffer from all the issues these do :-(
