Works great for small table top fountain. Plenty of pressure and near silent. The suction cups stay put if on a smooth surface. Depending on where it is and how often it is run, the filter stays pretty lean for a while. Easy to just shoot a sharp spray of water to knock out the worst of anything trying to clog it up a couple times before you have to try harder to clean it. This little pump is well worth the price. Recommended

I'll update later, so this review is at the time of purchase and use.... I bought this as a replacement pump for the Miaustore ceramic tiered cat fountain. I had a helluva time trying to find something that would work with it. And this has 100% fit the bill in every way. It's exactly what was required (after trimming the tube). The fit and function is flawless, and I love that I can adjust how much water flows, as well as the height of the spout. I noticed other reviews that had issues with the pump ceasing functionality after a few weeks, so I'll update my review after a month, and again after 3 or so months. But it works exactly as it should, and as well, if not better, than the original pump. I'm very pleased with this, and I'm hoping it'll last. The cord for perfectly in the slot, and it was very easy to install. Also, several reviews/questions and answers mentioned adjusting the flow with a knob. The pump I received did not have a knob, but a sliding lever. I struggled with it, but my husband was able to move it. The attached video shows a medium low setting, which I feel is perfect for my needs. It could go a bit higher, but I didn't want to deal with potential splashback or leakage. Again, it's perfect for what I'm using it for. All in all, at the time of purchase, I do think, considering an exact replacement was more than twice the price of this one, and the shipping was almost $20, this pump is very much worth it's value. I also think this set-up would work exceptionally well when applied to a DIY table fountain project. If it stands the test of time, I'll absolutely purchase another one for a separate project in the works.

The jury is still out on this pump. The last pump I ordered stopped working after 2 months. This has functioned beautifully so far, but it has literally been one day shy of 2 months. There is zero noise. The only noise I hear is the water falling back to be repumped. I LOVE that! I'm using it for a hummingbird bath, so it is a small water feature. Update: I ordered this in May of 23 and today is 2/10/24. So far the pump is working beautifully with no issues. Update 2: The water got dirty and the pump was not working. One of the reviews mentioned slightly dirty water which reminded me to clean the bowl and put fresh water in. I did and it's working well again. It is currently April and I bought it in May. Almost a year.

Small pump works just fine for 1-1/2 gallon copper fountain with 1/2” id x16” high copper tubing to top. I have started/stop timer on unit and have had no problems. Performs just fine.

STOPPED WORKING within one month. I tried swapping the power source. I took it apart and cleaned it. No luck. Seriously disappointed; I wanted a little water fountain for the birds. I'll try other brands.

Pump is completely silent and can not be heard even when the water is low. That's actually a con for me as that was how I could tell my pet water bowl needed water, but I'm not taking a star off for that. It has three suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place and comes with about three feet of tubing, both of which weren't mentioned at all so that was a really nice plus. I bought this because it can be fully disassembled without tools which is greatly needed in a pet water bowl as it can get clogged with fur. So far I'm happy with this little pump. FYI make sure you use a USB adapter that says it outputs 5v DC at 1amp or 1000mA or higher. For the reviews saying this pump is weak and can't pump higher than a few inches that's because they're not using a powerful enough USB adapter.

I use this sparingly for a fountain and it only lasted a little over 30 days. I had this pump attached to a battery and secured everything outside. It just stopped working purchased on May 19 today is June 30.

Photos of the pump in this listing have been flipped or mirrored. The outlet of the pump is offset to the opposite side compared to what is shown in the photos. It will not fit into my pet fountain as a result. I will be returning this item.
