Great for hard water with heavy minerals
Great stuff. We have really hard water down in South Texas, and I’ve noticed it helps to strip the unwanted minerals off. I use it typically Every 3-4 weeks immediately followed by the miracle repair

Saved my extensions
I never leave reviews but this stuff saved my extensions. I have tape in extensions and recently moved to a home with well water. I did not know that well water could damage my extensions. I used this kit last night and rinsed my hair with a gallon of water I got from the grocery store (ghetto I know) but it worked wonders on restoring some of the softness back to my extensions. I will be buying more of this and the shampoo and conditioner. This stuff is great! It’s not a miracle worker. If you killed the hair already it won’t bring it back to life. But my hair is so much softer than it was prior to use. And it’s no longer knotty or frizzy.

Hair is soft and shiny after use
I’ve used this product twice in the last 3 weeks and it has removed a good amount of hard water/brassy color. I still have several areas remaining that the product has lightened but not totally removed. My hair feels soft and shiny after use and the cost is not prohibitive so I will buy again.

Excellent product and took out the iron.

Liked the repair, but no mentonable difference
The repair conditioner it came with it very nice and did make my hair super soft and manageable... However, I didn't notice in real difference in my hair altogether. I recently moved back to CO where we have pretty hard water and noticed a difference in my hair pretty quickly, so I was hopeful this would help my poor tresses out but I really didn't see a difference from it. I am definitely disappointed and the only reason I still gave it 3 stars is because of the conditioner. I would purchase it on its own, it's really that nice. But certainly not the hard water crystals again...
