Does this allow the skin to breathe?

Hi yes it does Iv use it multiple time and since I used it Iv not had any problems what so ever as I was very cautious about the skin breathing and not getting sealed in cream/ moisturiser

Will this product brighten a 20 year old tattoo

I dont have a 20yr old tattoo but it does brighten mine which r only a year old. Its a good product and makes skin soft and colour more vibrant. Hope that helps.
