Does this have 1.6 hoops or 2.3 ?

These come wi8th 1.6 mm hoops. I suggest upgrading while you are changing out the unfortunate supplied heads.

What is the post diameter of this drum model to mount?

I believe it’s 7/8”. Do not try to interchange it with another brand: does not work!
