My old remote had given up, had it about 7 years. Did consider buying a second had one but thought best to get a new one with a guarantee. The old sky boxes used to have buttons on the box, sky really need to bring this feature back! Item works just as described. Very happy to be able to watch TV again.

Early days as haven't had it long, however it connected to the Sky Q box instantly and it was simple to tune in to the TV. I considered cheaper options but I thought that the Sky branded option would be a safer bet. Also handy that it comes with Duracell batteries included....... So far so good.

After another episode of Dog V Tele Remote, dog won, I had Sky Q working but not the tele part of Controller. I tried downloading a remote for my phone, so complicated and none were free so I came on here. After reading a few reviews about Volume not working I was unsure but as my tele was stuck on quite loud I took the risk. Now setting up could not of been easier, with your old remote you press 7 and 9 together, I was unsure if this would work but it did flash a red light so was unpaired. Took the new controller and you press 1 and 3 and in seconds it was paired. You then follow instructions on the Tele, which just include find your TV make, if you want to use buttons or voice control. All was set up in around 1 min, so easy, you literally can't go wrong as the instructions are clear on back of the box the controls come in.

A genuine Sky remote for the Sky Q box. Super easy to set up by pressing 2 buttons together and pointing at the TV. Even comes with batteries. Excellent replacement for our old remote which stopped working.

Ottimo telecomando! Lo Sky Telecomando Q Voice è pratico, leggero e molto intuitivo da usare. Il comando vocale funziona alla perfezione e rende la navigazione velocissima. Good remote replacement. Works with my Sky Q box after original remote packed up with something rattling loudly inside! Delivery messed up however. This is the second item this week for me. It was delivered on Nov 3 which was excellent. However my order page still says "Not Delivered - may be delivered on Nov 6". Amazon.ie seem to have a problem.
