Not Much Change If Any In My Tiles
Received and tried it immediately on my foyer which has saltillo tile. While there was some cleaning on the tiles and grout, we did not notice any change much in the tiles. They are still dull and need some type of coloring or stain. The cleaner was easy enough to apply, however we just don't find it does a lot for the tiles.

It is a one step product that is superior to other products
We have an unsealed terra cotta floor. It required constant cleaning and sealing and new top coat. I often regretted that we choose this flooring until finding the HG international Clean & shine. It is a one step product that is superior to other products, easier to use and the finish stays looking bright and clean for months. It's excellent.

Super Shine, Very Slippery Tiles Afterward
Makes the tiles super slippery so if shine is all you need, great, but be careful because you will slide around in sock feet!

Useless product
Not even used without dilution and letting it sit on the floor for a while, does not clean dirt and grime out of saltillo or grout nearly as well as cheap Zep floor stripper. Nine dollars a bottle at Home Depot.

Did not work well at all on my Terra Cotta ...
Did not work well at all on my Terra Cotta tiles at extra strength. It cleaned them minimally with hours of scrubbing. Did not clean the grout at all. Too expensive for it not to work.

Absolutely the best cleaner for my terra cotta tiles! It cleans the porous areas and grout nicely, use a soft brush in soiled areas.
