Great sugar substitute for baking, coffee, etc.
Been using this for awhile as my general sugar substitute. It's great. There is no weird artificial sweetener taste that you get with other sugar substitutes. I use it in my iced coffees, with either vanilla, amaretto or buttered rum extract. Or whip it with some milk and vanilla to use for my moka pot coffees. I've used it to bake with, for healthy banana/blueberry lemon cakes, etc. The all in one blender recipes with cottage cheese/greek yogurt and almond flour and oats. You'd never know they didn't have sugar or flour. It's great in the lemon blueberry chia pudding I make. I put it over cut up strawberries to macerate then put on top of cottage cheese or great yogurt, or make a Redneck Strawberry Shortcake = Milk and cream frothed with the allulose powder, macerated strawberries over left over cornbread. lol Once you've adjusted to a cane sugar/corn syrup free lifestyle, this is plenty sweet. The only people who won't like this, are people still addicted to overly sweet American drinks, candies, etc. The only thing this allulose powder hasn't done well, was when I tried to make fudge. It tasted fine, but the texture was way off. I wish they made a brown sugar flavored variation of this, but I use a lot of extracts/flavoring to get similar effects.

Just the perfect sweetness and healthier option.
I got this as a sugar substitute. To meet with dietary needs. I like that it has no effect on your blood coast or insulin levels. Itโs a lower calorie sweetener option to help reduce my overall sugar intake and help with managing my weight. This comes in a good size bag for the price. Itโs a good quality. it has zero net carbs and only four total carbs. I like that itโs just allulose and nothing else. It is just as sweet as sugar.

No after taste
A little goes a long way. I use in my coffee or tea just about 1/4 teaspoon. If you use a lot you will yourself in the bathroom. This is a great product that will not raise your insulin levels like regular sugar. There is no aftertaste like others such as monk fruit or stevia. I read up on this before purchasing as was not disappointed.

Perfect for coffee drinkers. Great for diabetics!
Love it, especially in my coffee! So tasty and no aftertaste! Iโm a diabetic so this is perfect for me since I drink a cup of coffee every morning. Low carb. It dissolves fast just like sugar but it tastes better than sugar to me! Will be buying again for sure!

Poor packaging Design, IMHO About This Sweetner
In regards to this specific product: texture is fine, but the packaging is not particularly done well. It is very difficult to get the package to seal and stay closed. Redesign needed, IMO. This is my first try with allulose as a sweetener. If you take a taste of it off a spoon, it is pretty nice and sweet. Add it to coffee and tea? I don't know how much you are supposed to add, but it seemed like there was no reasonable amount I could have added that I would even detect as sweetening the beverage even a little. Five measured teaspoons in a cup of hot coffee or tea and there is a complete lack of sweetness. So, in my book, that's a major fail of the sweetener. I might try baking with it to see what happens, but I don't have any hopes that it will come through.

Delicious!
This stuff is so good. Iโm personally not a fan of it hot, like in tea, etc, but I love it cold. Tastes just like sugar!

Type II Diabetes recommended
This is a great sugar substitute for those of us who have to battle with TypeII diabetes. Highly recommended. It dissolves well in any liquid. Havenโt tried it in anything other than my coffee and tea.
