The bag itself is appealing to look at. I read many reviews that complained of odor, but this bag had none. The lining issues others have described are accurate. The lining isn't well attached, only tacked to the sides at 2 points on each side. Also because the lining is only tacked in a couple spots stuff can get between the lining and the bag if not careful. My only complaint is the bag is much smaller than pictured and the handles are a little shorter. For the price, I don't think anyone should be surprised. 100% greased leather is where your money went. The details, like the lining being cheap and poorly attached are some of the compromises to keep cost down. I cannot comment on the longevity of this bag as I just received it, but from my initial impression I wouldn't expect it to last very long. The 16 oz water bottle and sunglasses are there for size reference only.

This is a genuine leather purse for sure. It is roomy, yet has an awkward inner liner that cuts the amount of usable space by a quarter. I am seriously considering removing the liner, since it does restrict the usable space and has cheap finishings. Once the liner is removed, the inside is just leather. I tried to post pictures to show the liner space issue.

I received my bag today and it is gorgeous! I always read reviews and write reviews but this purse was more than I expected. Very well made and spacious. I will definitely buy from this seller again. Maybe I will get a darker color.

I purchased this purse mainly due to the pocket options. I have come to love purses with an outer “slip pocket” so that I can store my phone in an easy-to-find later place.This purse has many pocket options inside. The material is smooth and appealing. I’m also happy that the permanent straps are just long enough to be able to put my purse on with my elbow being bent.There was some immediate concern about all 3 of the zippers inside: all of them were set to where the zipper mechanisms were not at an end and I realized instantly that the zipper trails were fully closed on either side of the zipper mechanism. But I just moved the zipper back and forth and they seemed to have corrected themselves.As in my pictures, there are some folding indents on the purse, but I feel like those will fade away in time especially since I keep my purse so full.For the price and outcome I have seen, I would totally purchase this purse again in different color options!

I've had this purse 2 weeks now and was a little disappointed when I first opened the box. There was a strange mothball smell. At first I thought I would be sending this back but I really liked the look of the purse so I left it set out for couple of days. The smell is fading and I love the purse. I love the rich look of the leather and it is the right size to fit nicely under my arm without using the supplied long shoulder strap. It opens wide enough to see whats inside when searching for that hair band that you know you have somewhere. There is plenty of room for my essentials, wallet, keys, brush and my large phone easily slips in the outside pocket. The inside liner of the purse is held in place by 4 rivets which also hold on the shoulder straps. This allows room to carry a bottle of water between the liner and the outside leather.

I’ve been carrying this purse daily for over a year now & it still looks brand new. I do recall a slight weird smell when I first got the purse but it has since went away. It wasn’t anything that would or should deter you from purchasing. I love the pocket on the front for your phone. My iPhone 6s fits perfectly in the pocket.

Wife loves the style,color, size, and the soft feel of the purse (although it is not genuine leather). Overall quality looks to be very good. Some other reviews indicated offensive oder, especially during the first several days of use. We noticed a VERY SLIGHT oder (similar to perhaps dye used for coloring the purse) that lasted no more than a day. The short handles should be about 1”to 2” longer to make it more comfortable to carry when carrying on the shoulder using the short handle straps while wearing a winter coat. Great value for the price ($29.98).

I love this purse. I bought it last October and it looks great, is perfect size for my needs and garners compliments. And the price, who could argue that it is a bargain. The separate lining is not a problem for and actually works as a benefit because I can stuff my reusable shopping bags down the side without taking up valuable interior real estate. In short, I'm very happy and would purchase again, but it looks like it is going to last a long time.
