This heating pad works quite well. It is comfortable with a nice, soft cover.The controller has a good, easy to read and decipher controller with an excellent screen.When first turned on, it defaults to a 1 hour timer. You can easily cycle through other options ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hours. And it has plenty of temperature choices that you can also easily cycle thru.I normally prefer the smaller heating pads which are thinner and have don’t have the big box on their corners. But I couldn’t find one this time around that doesn’t have terrible reviews.It turns out this one is more than adequate. I simply turn it horizontal (for the wide part). This moves the big connector box totally out of the way, and it’s surprisingly quite comfortable. I like it.

I love everything about this heating pad. I suffer from chronic pain and heat helps a great deal. I use a heating pad literally every single day. Finding a well made heating pad that would last was incredibly important to me. I loved this one so much I have bout 5 and keep a spare on hand just to ensure I have a backup if I need it. I have 2 that have gotten constant daily use and only just had one start to have issues (giving an error message when trying to turn it on) but it was a workhorse for over 2 years and the other one is still going strong with the same amount of use (I tend to use one on my back and one on my front for Chronic Pelvic Pain) so I am very happy with this product. I love the LED screen with precise temperature control and being able to set it on a timer. I have actually gotten a thermal burn before (it’s very strange and looks/feels nothing like a regular burn so do be careful and look for any skin discoloration) so that control is very important. The only feature I haven’t tested is it being machine washable. I was honestly very hesitant about it and didn’t really feel the need to use it so I can’t comment on it. I just really love everything about it and couldn’t recommend it more!

Product was delivered on time and met all expectations. It provides quick heat and is very flexible. Excellent product for the price.

Perfect size, understandable heat control and super soft material.

My heating pad looks perfectly new except it will not turn on or heat up. Went to return and said no return. I want a replacement one for the one I have.Very unsatisfied with a heating pad that doesn’t last more a couple years. My mother had one that was from when I was growing up-I’m 50! Yes it’s rough looking but turns on and heats up.I am not happy with this.

The quality is good but the temp is a little low for me. With that being said I never need to worry about it getting too hot.

This is my third 12 x 24 heating pad type (all different manufacturers). The other two had a simple up and down arrow for heat control, this has a digital screen. This has a locking connection between electric cord and pad. The picture with the metal tape around it is another manufacturer who I used for over two years. Because the cord did not have a lock connection it would come undone so I had to use different tape. A feature I hope I do not need to use is the 3 year warranty.The controller has 6 heat settings. I use the lowest setting to sleep with because I have a back that gives me problems. I use the higher settings while watching tv in recliner.

I love that it has a timer with different settings so you can have it on from 15 minutes up to 2 hours and it shuts off automatically. You also can control the temperature. Soft & washable material. Overall great buy!
