I use this in my infants nose before using his bulb syringe and it makes cleaning his nose so much easier. After using it on him so much, I bought a bottle for myself to help with congestion. It is fragrance free. The mist helps hydrate nose and can also be used as a saline rinse.

If you think there isn’t a difference between the way this can operates and a little mister spray saline bottle, you’re wrong!! I’ve always used the bottles you squeeze and then saline gently mists out..it basically just wets their nasal passage. This is a FULL POWER JET SPRAY of saline.. !! Read the instructions! You hold down until saline starts to drip back down the nostril.. it only takes a second bc of its mighty power.
