If you think there isn’t a difference between the way this can operates and a little mister spray saline bottle, you’re wrong!! I’ve always used the bottles you squeeze and then saline gently mists out..it basically just wets their nasal passage. This is a FULL POWER JET SPRAY of saline.. !! Read the instructions! You hold down until saline starts to drip back down the nostril.. it only takes a second bc of its mighty power. This action FLUSHES out snot instead of just misting the nasal.. a total HOMERUN product for your loved one.. #1 HOSPTIAL LEARNED TRICK.. 1st round spray each nosil until drips come out the bottom of nostril. Then come back with your NOSE FRIDA (other MUST have) and saline AGAIN.. but this time, use your nose Frida on the opposite nostril and suck AT THE SAME TIME your shooting the saline.. INSTANT SNOT UNCLOGS. (Reminds me of the way a neti pot works, but for babies!) So POWERFUL and EFFECTIVE. This is really nice. The spray is so fine like a mist which is perfect for my baby. I never want to just blast him up the nose and this protects that from happening. A spray in each nostril prior to aspirating does the job.

This saline mist works well and is easy to get the hang of using. Helped clear my baby’s sinuses. She hated it though and it’s hard to use with just one person. I would buy it again though if I needed it.

This product really helped a newborn baby who was having trouble breathing. I was a bit worried about using it , but it turned out to be a lifesaver in clearing the mucus from their airways.

This product was a saviour for me for first few month after my delivery. Definitely a must have product for all the new moms.

Very effective on babies blocked nose

Used together with the Frida mom nose sucker, loosens nose nuggets and makes it easy to remove them! It makes my baby cough a bit so be careful with how hard you press the applicator, it can spray too far into their nose. That may be a bonus when they are very congested but I have only used it so far for everyday nose clearouts.

This is good but needlessly expensive and not value for money. This is imported from the USA... seriously? We can't manufacture salt water in this country?

No issues with this product. Baby doesn’t get too fussy when we use it!
