It works well for sensitive teeth, especially when drinking cold water or hot tea. I noticed less discomfort after a few days of use. The mint taste is mild and not too strong, which I prefer. It also feels clean after brushing, and my gums seem a bit healthier compared to before. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes some time to see full results, and the price is slightly higher than regular toothpaste.
