The good thing is it worked for most of the night. Here is the bad...1) The inserts are not made for sensitive tissue and felt like it was cutting my nose. I did have a nose bleed in the morning.2) In the morning I tried to figure out how to clean it because I could see moisture which could cause mold growth but was unable to open it up to clean. I could take the nose part off but I could not put it back together.3). No access to the filter at all. This has many crevices where mold, bacteria and dust can incubate.I bought two more and I am going to try soaking the whole device in alcohol every morning and set it somewhere clean and dry during the day.
