Great for colds and flu. I take as soon as I recognize symptoms of cold and flu no side effects or aftertaste. Symptom recede as soon as I start to take. Started having flu symptoms in the evening and began taking every 2 to 4 hours and within 3 days the aches chills stuffy nose were almost normal did for 3 more days and I was back to normal
