Tiny, easy to swallow tablets. No taste, so palatable. I take them to help my bone health, so time will tell whether they are effective, but my bone weight has improved, which is a positive sign. 1 little bottle lasts a whole year and this is my 3rd bottle. I like these because they are 1 active ingredient. So many supplements come as a combo of things that are not necessarily needed.

Exactly what I needed in addition to previously bought vit D3; it's strong enough, but I take 2 a day to adjust strength to daily dose of D3. I trust the quality and it'll last me long time, which for this price is a really good bargain.
