are these accurate measures, able to level off when measuring dry ingredients?

not really able to level off. there is a mark inside the cup that marks the measurement. They are great for liquids because of the pour spout.

Would these hold decals good? i want to make rae dunn inspired measuring cups and these are the only plain colored ones i can find. thank you!
