However, we received plenty of washers and nuts, but ZERO bolts (there should be 16). I've called the company, their receptionist is very friendly. It's always "let me take your number and someone will get back to you" but they never do. I've left messages on their website via the "contact us" function - none have been answered. The installation directions are horrible. It doesn't state how deep the hole should be, how much concrete should be used, etc. If you're handy, you can figure out the installation and these bolts from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BPY5X5ZT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) are a great replacement (that I funded) for the ones that weren't shipped COF. For $593 per bench, I expected better. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/162707054-coatedoutdoorfurniture-coated-outdoor-furniture-heavy-duty-outdoor-bench-thermoplastic-coated](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/162707054-coatedoutdoorfurniture-coated-outdoor-furniture-heavy-duty-outdoor-bench-thermoplastic-coated) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
