Actiontec C2000A Wireless N VDSL2 Modem Router

As previous commenters have noted, this device does emit a high-pitched whine. Not a big deal, as it's installed in closet - but be aware. Lights are also super bright, so this box is a no-go for a bedroom.Also, if you're using dual bonded DSL service, ditch the 4-wire flat telephone cord which comes with the modem and get a cat5e with RJ-11 (phone sized) connectors. The flat telephone cord isn't braided inside, so you can get a bunch of interference which degrades your signal (mine dropped by about 25% before I replaced the cable). Other than that, as advertised.

Not sure if it's the modem or CenturyLink's crappy internet service, but my internet connection blinks in and out. The device itself seems ok and looks like new, so it's probably the service that sucks.

Nothing to like. Did not recieve as supposed to also unit ran hot. Cable connector was hot to the touch. REFURBISHED??????

was trying to save a few dollars on this unit but the unit died after the first 3 days , Century Link traded it out for a new one.

Purchased this August 10th. Lasted less than 6 months.

Works great with no complications and easy to install...
