A hairdresser from a prominent salon in Beverly Hills is giving 10 stars out of 5 that's how amazing this product is.
If I could give this product a 10 star rating I would, it meets my expectations beyond 5 stars. As a hairdresser I must admit I was skeptical about trying these extensions out when a client of mine told me about them. I decided to purchase one and try it out, Amazon definitely let me down with shipping and receiving my order but when I contacted the vendor (knockout hair) I heard back from them within minutes. She fixed my problem before I could even ask for anything and she even shipped out one of her halo extensions from her warehouse in case I didn't receive the Amazon order on time. She was very polite and professional which says a lot about her. I will not only continue to purchase halo extensions for future clients but I will also purchase a few dozen different colors for my salon. The color I chose was spot on to the color swatch I saw and the hair quality is amazing it's exactly like "halo couture" or "halo hair extensions uk" in fact I found it easier to curl these extensions compared to those other halo lines. It didn't even shed at all which is what I expected to happen for the price I paid but don't be fooled you don't always get what you pay for...in this case you get more than what you pay for. Just make sure to treat it as good as you treat your own hair. Use hair oils when straightening and heat protecting sprays when curling but try to lay off the hair spray as much as possible. Alcohol is never good for your hair. I used decent sections not too small not too big and I curled it with a flat iron and it looked amazing it blending with the clients natural hair perfectly. Be sure to have a professional trim the extensions to blend with your hair or else you'll end up with an obvious line of where your hair ends and where the extensions begin. It's no biggy and quit simple actual, flat iron your hair and put the halo on (the way it comes when you order it which is straight) and have your hairdresser do a dry trim around your face and on the ends to blend it. I can't imagine anyone having a complaint about these halo hair extensions unless they're trying to scam and get their money back. It might feel a little itchy and unusual at first but what extensions don't feel that way when you first put them in? You will get use to it the first time you wear it and you won't have that problem again. Make sure to always wash them with cold water and use the right detangler comb or brush afterwards to ensure the extensions drying without tangling up. I can't say enough good things about this product but I can say I will most definitely continue purchasing ALL of my future halo hair extension purchases thru knockout hair. Great job on creating a great product and thank you on behalf of my client and I and of course on behalf of all my future clients that will be purchasing this product because I am that confident that I won't receive any complaints. I can't thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism you treated me with when I emailed you with my problem directly. I will post a photo of my clients photo before the halo and after the halo. I know it will change anyone's mind that is hesitating purchasing this product because it was enough to make certain clients of mine that never considered extensions who now are putting a rush order on them. Thank you! Xoxo

Wasted money.
The fishing line-type string that you are supposed to use in order to secure this piece to your head broke as soon as I took it out the package, so it could not be tightened or loosened to fit. Even while trying to mimic what it would be like if the string was adjusted to fit by pinching what was left of the string with my fingers, this piece did not fit my head. The edges overlapped my ears, and it left a noticeable bugle in my hair. Additionally, the hair is of average quality, with a decent amount of grey hairs throughout. I had no misgivings about this piece versus professionally installed extensions, but I thought it could be a fun addition to wear now and again for some length. Sadly, I don't have anything good to say about this product.

Nice quality and great customer service!
I NEVER write reviews and I order products often from amazon as well as other online retailers but, I was compelled to write this one. I have never work hair extensions of any kind. My hair was a little past my shoulders and I got a bad layered haircut which prompted me to look into extensions. I wanted to try something like this before committing to something more expensive and longer lasting (clip ins and/or tape ins etc...). After reading a ton of reviews on many halo type extensions I decided to try these. Iโm so impressed with the ease of use, color and quality of these! The thing I love is that I can still wear my hair straight. So many extensions seem like you HAVE to curl them for them to blend and I like my hair straight. I actually trimmed these a few inches shorter so theyโre only about 2 inches longer then my hair but they add fullness to the hair that the layers thinned out so much. Iโm telling yโall, Iโm not easily impressed but, Iโm totally in love with these. Also! I expected to have to color them bc my natural color is light Auburn with blond highlights. This color created an ombrรฉ look that is really awesome!! I felt weird about putting my picture on here but, I wanted to share pictures. This literally took me 3 minutes from the last 2 pictures which is my hair without the halo. You can see where my hair is in the end of the braid spread out with the arrow. I love this product!!

so disappointed
Beautiful hair but I had my stylist cut it long layers as was suggested by you all, they pulled the band and cut it and now it's useless because the halo ir whatever it is us broke and there is no possible way to tie another knot the first one was slipping off its a shame I'm on a limited income and I can't afford a second set!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!?! Nothing I can do about it to tie it so ended up being a waste should have tried to do myself bummed!!!!! I was so an anxious to receive then you! and the hair is terrific but doesn'tdo me any good if I can't use it Can't wear it ๐จ๐จdisappointed

Good quality hair but very thin ends!
I heard about this hair through a stylist at the salon I go to. I am new to hair extensions and have tried only one other brand which was double the price so I was excited to give this a try. Customer service with the seller was excellent and the seller was helpful in giving me advice on which color to choose. The hair is nice quality and matched my hair however it is extremely thin at the ends and I noticed the package said it was layered which I was unaware of. I have extremely fine hair that is all one length so obviously it did not blend in at the length I was sent. I was hoping to achieve a little extra length and volume with this product and the length was not something I was able to achieve. This product did however give me a great amount of volume which is nice but I ended up having to snip the ends off in order to blend it with my hair upon receiving it. If you are looking for length o do not recommend this product due to the very fine ends of the hair which were extremely hard to blend BUT if you have really fine hair like me and are looking to get some extra volume the go for it!!!! Keep in mind that you may have to cut it unless if your hair is exactly the length of the extensions because it honestly just looked unnatural before I cut it. Overall I am happy with the purchase just again a little disappointed at the thin ends on the hair. Also I should add that I did straighten this hair before cutting it and it took the heat well. The photos I've added are before I took the item out of the package which shows the ends of the hair and me with the extensions on my head AFTER cutting them and they look good (just again not the extra length I was hoping for). Overall I would order from this seller again but only for something to achieve a thicker volume at the length of my own hair. :)

Nice, so far
I have extremely thin, short hair because some medication caused a great deal of it to fall out. I began wearing extensions to mask the situation until my hair grows back. I have tried most types of extensions: Micro Bead, Nano-Bead, Tape-in and clip-in. They all caused the hair thinning to get worse. Right now, my hair is chin-length and very stringy--like the Crypt-Keeper, to be honest. I wear extensions underneath and Toppik Powder on top to conceal the situation. These extensions still blend in pretty well. I did cut some layers and different lengths in to them so there wouldn't be such a dramatic transition from my natural hair to the extensions. They were also very, very long. I am 5'10" and they come to my waist. I cut about 4" off. They would be fun for a night out, but to the office they are a bit much. With that said, I feel like they are suitable for everyday wear. They move back and forth a little bit, but don't feel like they would come out. I'm debating whether to sew a single clip into the back just to keep them from moving. As it stands, I think I can finally give my poor hair a break from the weight of the semi-permanent extensions. I do plan to order the Halo Couture 12" length for the office, as I see this company doesn't offer that size. Regarding the color--I have always alternated between the standard 12 and 27, and their P12/20 Golden/Swedish blonde mix is very true to color. The quality of the hair is pretty good-but I haven't washed them. It feels like a step up from the Chinese extensions I like to buy off of Ebay, and the nice thing is I can wash my natural hair without getting these wet.

Didn't work for me
I adjusted the wire to the smallest but when I put it on it stretched so it doesn't fit tight to the head. Also the actual woven part is too wide for my head even though my head isn't small (hats never fit me) and it's bulky. Basically the whole thing is too big and you don't know this until you try it on by which time it's too late to get a refund. The hair itself seems to be good although it goes thin at the ends which I don't like. I think for those with bigger heads then it's very good but for me it's a waste of $120.

Looks great and no damage to my hair
Awesome concept. I am a recent convert in the area of hair extensions but I was worried that my on the thin side of hair would get damaged by clip-in extensions but I bought them anyway. While those are nice, I felt like they pulled on my scalp if I wore them for more than two hours and my head started to hurt. I had never heard of halo extensions. I just happened to see this online one day when I was doing a search of other hair extensions. The halo extension version was my answer. I watched a few videos to make sure I was wearing them correctly. The learning curve is low. I can wear these all evening and they stay in and I don't' feel like I am damaging my hair and these don't make my head hurt. I did have them trimmed because I would prefer a 12 to 14 inch extension but it was no issue. I also the first time I ordered, I ordered the wrong color by accident but am kept them anyway. Last night, I colored the lighter set a darker blonde. I ordered a mix of light blonds and dark blonde and it was too light for me. Now I will say that the only reason I even attempted to color them myself is because I had already ordered a new set of darker blonde so I would have been out of luck anyway so I figured, no harm no foul. So anyway, I watched the color carefully and when it was the color I wanted -- took about 20 minutes with a dark blonde hair color - I washed and conditioned them. I let them air dry a bit and they were no longer pin straight. Oh and I added a heat product to protect them. I dried them a bit more with a hair dryer and added more heat product and curled with a curling iron. I like them better now because I didn't straighten them pin straight and they blend better with my hair because of that. They have more volume. Either way, colored or original, these are perfect for me.
