Very Satisfied
Very easy install. Looks and works great...much better than metal running boards. They always rust like crazy.

Easy install! Look great! Highly recommend!
Really happy with these foot rails! Single gal, and installed them by myself in less than an hour. I didn’t have the proper tools on hand, but I made it work. All tools used in photos. The Jeep dealership in Delray Beach, FL quoted me $1100 for parts & labor, so I decided to order these at $167 (they go on sale often) and do it myself! So far, no regrets! My only complaint is that the M8 Philips Drive Hexagon Bolts were too short to stack both the M8 lock washer and M8 flat washer, so I only used the flat washer. I hope they last a while! They look great! Don’t let the reviews about poor instructions scare you; they could be better, but you really don’t need instructions if you just looks at all the parts and have some common sense.

AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS
I ordered these as they had 900+ reviews with a rating of 4.3 stars. But these are pure garbage. Got the first one (order) and wrong parts were included (M8x20mm) should be included per directions. However, they only included M8x16mm were included. So you can't follow the directions to install it correctly. Bolt, lock washer, washer thru bracket and in to nut (imbedded in ABS plastic). You can only do washer and not lock washer. So it will work itself out over time. PLUS 3 of the nuts pulled out of the abs plastic. Contacted Amazon and get a replacement, while taking off old ones 6 more nuts were spinning and pulled out of ABS plastic. On the replacement while installing it following the directions 6 nuts pulled themselves out of the ABS plastic before I could even get the torq to the 10 ft lbs it says to. Again wrong bolts included. If you went and bought the M8x20mm bolt it would cost you another $35 as they are $1.25 each and you need 24 of them. STAY AWAY from these. I will be returning the replacement as well and getting something else.

Impressive before and after looks
Looks good, feels right, fits well to Wrangler 4xe JL, easy if installation, great value for your buck. Looking forward to seeing the durability - how it will perform as going on and off. Although I recommend the product to everyone for sure.

I like it
If you're looking for an honest review of this product, keep reading. OVERALL, I can say for the money, this is a pretty good choice. I needed steps that were cheap so my fiance wouldn't have a hard time getting into the car, and I think they do a good job at serving that purpose. HOWEVER, as you can see in the picture, only one of the brackets (on both sides) did not line up with the existing holes. This happened with both steps but the ones closest to the rear wheels (the brackets fit perfect for the middle and front holes). Everything else fit and tightened well. I decided to just keep it that way because I hardly have passengers stepping into the back seats, and it feels pretty sturdy overall in the front (I weigh 184 pounds, and I jumped on it, and rocked the car side to side). I might have accidentally switched the brackets (placing the front ones in the back and vice versa), but I followed the instructions and images as best as I can, and I'm sure I placed the correct bracket for the rear. INSTRUCTIONS were fairly simple to follow, the only confusing part was knowing which of the three brackets to place on one of the three parts of the steps. There's small, medium, and large, they're all in separate small boxes. They send extra hardware incase you need it. I placed two spring lock washers and flat washers for each bolt. Installation was simple and can be done by one person, just install the brackets onto the steps first. FINAL POINT, it looks GREAT. I think the color matches the existing fenders (check other pic). It looks like a true Mopar part. It's comfortable to step on, it has good grip (haven't tried it in the rain or slippery conditions yet). For the money, I think it's more than decent. Just disappointing that last hole couldn't be bolted but if you're in my same situation (where it's very rare to carry rear passengers) I think it's a risk willing to take. If this can last me 2-3 years I'm happy.

Stylish and functional
Exactly why I was looking for! I wasn’t sure which ones to get but with littles and I didn’t want to have to worry about them slipping or their foot going through the open ones. These steps work perfectly and give just the right step to get in easily.

Manufacturer Must Have Upgraded
After reading the other reviews with concerns about fit up and bolt quality I elected to order anyway and take my chances. I’ve got to say, I feel like the manufacturer updated this product since some of the initial reviews. Here, in Jan 2024, the bolts are stainless, the brackets are labeled, the instructions are clear, the holes aligned, and the overall quality was great considering the price. One recommendation, I would keep all bolts finger tight until they are all in. This will surely help with some of the fitment issues I read about. Note: this is just good advice for anything you will ever work on. Anyway, bottom line is this is a great product for its price and I would certainly recommend it.

Good product, laborious install.
Quality parts. The wiring looms and connections are all well done. The instructions do give a bit to be desired. The steps work great once they're installed. My 8-year-old, wife, and my bad knees appreciate the extra step to get into the truck. I really wish these were much easier to install like several other power step brands using just the OBD port. I also really wish that the traction ribbing on the steps was at an angle instead of being perfectly horizontal to the actual step because it causes mud to pack into the grooves, reducing the effectiveness of the traction bars. I put these on a 2024 Ram Power Wagon. The top step wound up just below the door where the lower body begins to roll into the pinch seam. The bottom step when deployed is exactly halfway between that and the ground. The power wagons are a bit taller than the regular 2500 and 3500 Rams so I'm not sure that the bottom step would be quite as useful on non-power wagon models. The bottom step also protrudes a few inches out from the top step similar to a stepladder. Again, this really does make it easier for children, shorter people or people with disabilities to get into high vehicles, whereas I'm not sure the single step power options would have been quite as helpful. I'm 6'1 and 235 lb and I have not noticed any flex at all when I stand on either step so they do seem to be very sturdy. So, the positives are multiple steps in a great configuration that make getting in and out of a taller vehicle much easier. The negatives are again the extensive amount of wiring required that will easily take several hours. The horizontal traction bars which seem to hold dirt. The necessity of poking wires through the bottom of your vehicle which may mean drilling through metal or at a minimum drilling through a plastic drain plug. But that problem can be mitigated by copious amounts of silicone sealant. Overall it's a good product, but if they fixed those issues it would easily be a five-star review.

Facile à installer
Installation très facile j’ai même réutilisé la boulonnerie d’origine du Jeep. A première vue le produit semble parfait pour le prix

JUNK holes don't even line up
Just putting these on now because the weather is nice and the mounting position DOESN'T LINE UP. BEYOND AGGREVATED !!! After having the brackets put on than putting the rail on to not have the holes line up . Ridiculous!!!!
