I really have had the time to sit down and try to learn how to play it both having been a guitar player for many years I can tell a beautiful well made wooden musical instrument when I have it in my hands. It has a bright beautiful sound to it so I'm sure to get many wonderful hours of fun playing it.

Beautiful instument, well crafted and packaged in its own carry bag, not too big or heavy, lovely relaxing sound, my mother will recieve it for her 87th birthday at the end of december, I'm sure she will love it!

This brand and style of Kalimba has a beautiful sound. Even the very highest tines ring out. It is so enjoyable to play on, that I can't put it down. I love the sound and the looks. Very pretty. It has a smooth finish and feels good in the hands. The extras are nice. There is a wonderful vibrato and wha wha sound. Anyone can play this instrument, but you can't be heavy handed. A very small child would not be a candidate for Kalimba Master! You will never regret this purchase.

It was a gift. I’m told my 10 y/o nephew loves it. More practical than a ukaleli, guitar, or piano. lol.

Product as described. Beautiful little music machine. Definitely a learning curve to learning how to play it, but it's fun to experiment with something new that I'd never heard of before. The sound of it is awesome once you can figure out a song to play on it. Cool little instrument.

I liked this a lot but had to return it. Realized I'd never get enough use out of it for it to (to my mind) pay for itself. Better for children and people with small fingers than folks with man hands.

Defective, The wood started craking on its own just few days after delivery.. Too bad, because the colors and the sound was beautiful. But I’m afraid the wood is going to keep cracking and falling apart.. I returned it. They sent me another one, but with the same problem, so the same happened in a different place, and even worst. You can even see the light through the crack all along the instrument. See photos. It seems they used wood that is not well cured (dried) for these kalimbas which will crack very soon after they are exposed to low humidity environment. So unless you live in a very high humidity environment, I don’t recommend you buy this product, for the wood will probably crack within a week or so, on its own. You can hear the loud sound when it does. Such a pity for it is a beautiful instrument. Hopefully I just got a bad batch. But I decided to move on.

It sounds like a harp-like melody box. I gave out 4 this christmas and it is by far everyone's favorite gift. A wonderful and warm sound, and gorgeous wood with high end embossed metal prongs that produce the sweetest sounds! So stoked to have found and shared this wonderful delight!

Beautiful soothing sound, beautiful wood and finish, beautiful feel, very reasonable price. Playable and in tune right out of the box. Nice case. l will order a few more as gifts to family/friends.

Pleasantly surprised. This instrument has a lovely warm tone, decent volume and is tuned well. The case is solid enough to protect the instrument. I'd recommend it to friends - enough said.

Each detail of this kalimba is beautifully done, it's an esthetical pleasure to play it. All keys are engraved, and also you can add sticky notes on it, which are included in to the set. This kalimba sounds nice and it's loud enough. Very well calibrated, tuned. There is one hole on the front of kalimba and two on the back . This gives you more options for your virtuoso play, amplify sounds. The case is big enough. All necessary supplies have been added. The booklet-instruction is included. You have everything to start right away playing kalimba. I was an absolute beginner.

楽器ど素人ですが音の優しさに惹かれて購入。思った通りの素敵な音に癒されてます。手にした感じの質感はクリア塗装も美しく、音の響きと相まって高級感を感じます。若干の音のずれがありましたが、娘に手伝ってもらいチューニング。全然うまく弾けてないですが、毎日時間が空けばいじり倒しています。
